GoogleI recently purchased a house with Lawler & Co and Adam and Melanie were fantastic. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and were very helpful and attentive. They were happy to schedule multiple visits to the address to ensure we were happy before purchasing. They are friendly, approachable and really reliable. GoogleWe had a really good experience during our recent move. Denise from the Hazel Grove Branch, in particular went over and above what we expected and really helped to progress the move as smoothly and quickly as was possible. We didn't have a very good solicitor and Denise was really knowledgeable and as helpful as she could possibly be when things weren't progressing as well as they should be. Relatives were buying our house and sold their house with Lawler's who they did the very best job they could in helping to sell it. Their house sold in 6 days!!!! Had it not sold as quickly we may have lost the house we wanted to buy. I would not hesitate to recommend Lawler's to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again to the staff.

GoogleI can’t praise the people at Lawlers Estate Agents in Marple highly enough. I have recently sold my Mum’s flat with them. They showed people around the flat for me, and kept me informed at every opportunity. When a prospective buyer backed out, they immediately lined up another interested person who then went on to buy it. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others. It’s quite stressful selling a property and they helped make it less so. I am grateful beyond words and wish to thank them all.

GoogleI recently had Wayne Scott out to value my property and you’d be hard pressed to find a more consummate professional. From the moment he started talking about pricing and marketing strategies, I could tell I was dealing with someone with an abundance of experience and was passionate about what he did, filling me with confidence that Wayne would be able to sell my property with ease. Unfortunately I couldn’t not sell I’m the end but had I been in a position to sell, Wayne would be my guy without a moments hesitation.

GoogleI tried to sell my house with Lawlers, it started off really well, but the sale dragged on for months & when my buyer pulled out of buying my house they didn’t inform me or didn’t even know anything about it. The service started off well, but after months I was rarely receiving any form of communication or updates from them. Not surprising really as I believe they now have skeleton/part time staff working from the office, and no Manager or Valuer at the Marple Branch.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHorrendous experience. Sold a no chain property, all parties agreed 4-6 timeline. 10 days later still no memo of sale despite 3 chasers. Weren't able to produce a piece of paper with parties solicitors details for over a week because of a "technical error". 5 weeks in at second viewing buyer mentions they are thinking about buying - Lawler didn't inform me of this at all despite being aware of the timeline. Then found out the boiler didn't work seller says estate agent should have informed us of this during the viewing - they didn't. Chased them repeatedly getting the same response that I should wait for the seller to find a suitable place to rent. After 9 weeks it finally transpired the seller did not have a sufficient budget to rent. The whole thing was a complete waste of time. Left me homeless over Christmas and £1000 out of pocket. If you can avoid using Lawler I strongly encourage you to do so, worst time of my life.
