As the buyer in the transaction, I was impressed by Katie, Freddie and Libby's professionalism. We would never have considered the house were it not for Freddie knowing his seller's objectives. The team was courteous and responsive. Katie, despite being on the sales team, remained involved every step till completion. A clear mark of someone who cares about the whole process. We never felt bullied or pressured. They were diligent in chasing on behalf of the seller but knew when they had to work with the buyer to ensure smooth completion and when they had to step in to hand hold the seller. Would recommend.

Country Holmes is hands down the best Estate Agents we have ever used. From start to finish, they managed our house sale with professionalism, clear and regular communication as well as excellent advice throughout the process. The photos they took of the property were excellent and they also used a tool called Matterport to produce high quality virtual walk-through's of the property, which really made the listing stand out. As a result, we had 10 requests for viewings less than an hour after the listing went live and offers immediately after the first day of viewings. I could not compliment Tom enough for the high quality service that he provided - he was hugely proactive, responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Country Holmes.

We lived 3 hours away and it was a fantastic experience dealing with Tom from Country Homles. Over the last 6 years + there was not one day void or late payment, excellent tenants. I could always get hold of Tom or his colleagues, he sorted all issues, for example the gas safety, maintenance and repairs etc without any fuss and negotiated with the trades people on our behalf, included in his competitive rates. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of renting a property out, just use Tom.

We would definitely recommend this branch of Fine&Country in Uckfield. The service the team (Tom, Kate, Henrietta and Mandy) provided us was well above expectation. They sold our house at a time when nothing in the market was moving, which was in the middle of the winter and during Brexit They took time and care at all stages of the process. Probably the the best recommendation though was all their excellent communication, keeping us informed at every stage and friendly ways. The purchase of our new house was also through Fine & Country, again all the above applies plus they really worked hard to ensure we were able to match the deal both ways. We highly recommended them.
