We’re moving from Sweden to the UK, throughout this process we tried several estate agents to try and get somewhere to live in place and was told repeatedly that it was too early or they couldn’t help. We then found Tom at Country Holmes - Tom has been truly amazing every step of the way, helping us to find the perfect place to live. Although we’ve likely been a lot to deal with moving country Tom & Country Holmes have been friendly, professional and a joy to deal with. If we could give more than five stars we would.

Top rate service from Dominique and her team. I am so glad that I switched to F & C. Communication was excellent throughout. Dominique's experience and knowledge was invaluable. Every viewing was with a sound potential buyer, there were no time wasters. I received prompt, helpful feedback after every viewing. All of the team - Lara, Matt and Mitch were helpful and efficient. Matt Higgins is hands down the best estate agent I've ever worked with. He also has land valuation qualifications and skills which in our case really came in handy as we had a house to sell that wasn't like any other in our road. Matt was able to give us a great valuation (when frankly the other estate agents weren't sure). In the end, we had 5 offers with high quality buyers and a quick sale at a price that exceeded our expectations. Added to this are his great negotiation and communication skills. The rest of the team (I worked mainly with Dominique & Lara) were really good also and the marketing materials are a cut above the rest. Mainly I worked with Matt though and I won't be going anywhere else in future. Extremely highly recommended !
