Chris Sawyer of Fine & Country is everything you would not expect from an estate agent. He is dedicated, calm, caring and completely honest. It is absolutely no surprise therefore that he has built a team in his image. I instructed F&C to sell both mine and my father’s home and the experience has been wholly positive from start to finish. The pictures and brochure were beyond compare to give us a good head start. My primary contact was Matthew Higgins and he guided me through the whole process with enthusiasm, proving himself to be unflappable and offering calm and considered advice throughout. Matthew was always available to me and was happy to go above and beyond to get the deal done.

There is no doubt about it, without Dominique Scott of Fine and Country our sale and subsequent purchase would have failed. Our transactions involved a small but difficult chain. It was nail biting involving reductions in offer prices and serious time ultimatums with threats of withdrawal. Dominique Scott nursed the transactions through gaining the confidence of all the parties involved, being in touch with them all including their estate agents and if necessary the conveyancers, smoothing the way to completion. She worked tirelessly and succeeded. The whole team at Fine and Country Hove Branch are a pleasure to deal with, professional, polite and real value for money. We are very happy to recommended them.

I totally recommend Fine and Country. I initially dealt with Adam who valued the house at a realistic value. Dominique and Chris then did the viewings. I highly recommend selling your property through Fine and Country, Hove. We had our property on and off the market with other estate agents for several years. Then by chance we met Dominique and her team and within six months they sold our house. The thing I noticed immediately was a high level of professionalism and honesty. And that carried on throughout the whole process. The whole team took the time to view our property in detail so they knew the house inside out when people enquired. And viewings were with ‘actual’ potential buyers, not just anyone who fancied a look around. We actually felt that our house was on the market to sell, not just a picture in the window. Dominique and Matt have been absolutely exceptional throughout. They are a very friendly team with extremely high standards and fantastic service. We bought our house from owners using Fine and Country. We really appreciated their sales style. At no point did we feel rushed pressurised or hassled. As we were moving into the area it felt like a big decision, Dominique was very understanding and answered all our questions. The purchase was smooth and Dom was on hand throughout. We have moved in now and are loving our new property and getting used the new surroundings, she has been in touch to see if we are ok or if we needed any recommendations, which was a thoughtful touch. We were shown property’s with lots of agents in the area, Fine and Country were definitely our favourites and if we were looking to sell a property I would recommend them as our experience as buyers was excellent.
