GoogleClubleys were very easy to deal with. I had issues with renting in the past, but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Sam was the agent looking after us, and her customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Clubleys as your letting agent.

GoogleWe have rented through Clubley’s for the last 6yrs, the latter 3 yrs though the Market Weighton branch. We would like to thank the team, Sam and Hannah especially, for their professionalism and care when we were given notice on our rental property unexpectedly due to the landlords returning to the UK from abroad. We didn’t envy them having to break the news as they knew it would be a shock! But…… they had already found us a new home!! We moved in at the beginning of the month and are now happily settled in!! Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond, we really cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you again x

GoogleI rented through this agent just recently and they are refusing to respond to my deposit request which I made on the DPS website! After a few phone calls later they still haven't responded which they said they would do! DPS have said that they have now gone past the time limit for them to respond so now a letter will be sent to them from the DPS signed by a solicitor ordering them to pay me back my deposit! Shocking estate agent and really rude staff at the market weighton branch! DO NOT USE !!!

GoogleMarket Weighton branch: Seemed friendly enough on the phone but I felt I was an inconvenience, none of my applications were successful which was surprising, I don't think my applications were even put forward to be honest. Brough branch: Lovely and friendly, good customer service, would recommend.

GoogleQuite a frustrating company to pin down, the Market Weighton office in particular often promise callbacks, but rarely do return your calls. Obviously, they have plenty of renters available, so do not need more custom, or perhaps they would treat people with a little more honesty and integrity. Only use this office if you have lots of free time available!

GoogleI dont normally post negative reviews however in this case I am making an exception. Whilst dealing with the Pocklington branch we had a very poor experience. Extremely rude disrespectful staff (Leanne and 1 other person in particular). Because of their incompetence we are left in an extremely distressing situation whereby we may be homeless in 3 weeks time having given notice on their advice and confirmation of landlord wanting to proceed. They are now denying these conversations took place. Staff made unprofessional comments, accused us od not returning documents on time despite us having email evidence stating when I would be dropping them off and acknowledgemnt thanking me for the updates. If I could give a negative score or zero I would. My advice is to go somewhere else!
