FacebookStamford bridge branch- We set out looking for a property early last year , the whole team have been great we first met Daniella at a property to view from the get go we knew we’d be looked after, they’ve responded to every email or call promptly while been in the property we brought home our newborn baby and it just made the house that bit more special unfortunately the property is now been sold however Mike has been supportive through giving the news and even helping us with properties they had coming up to view, there more than just a company they really do care about the customers. Hopefully one day we’ll be in a position to buy and we would certainly come back to these guys.

FacebookWe recently looked at selling trough Clubleys. We went away on holiday, asked them not to contact us to arrange a viewing and what did they do - call us to arrange a viewing whilst we were away. They then organised a viewing without our consent and someone randomly just took our for sale sign down or day whist our house was for sale at the time. Was told a manager would call us but never got a phone call to discuss anything we reported. Won’t recommend in future, communication between staff is non existent!

GoogleHannah was an absolute star in helping us find a property to accommodate our needs. After a long personal search Hannah went above and beyond to find us a rental in our ideal location and that would allow our dog. Hannah ensured everything ran as smooth and efficiently as possible, managing to be available to consult with when needed despite my long working hours. Always a pleasure to talk to and nothing was too much of an ask!

GoogleMy husband and I have just moved into our first home and Clubleys Market Weighton have been a god send. They kept us updated every step of the way and even got in touch to let us know what we needed to do next. I would definitely recommend them. A lovely touch was the little gift bag we received when collecting the keys that had a bottle of prosecco, a box of biscuits and teas and coffee and local contacts within the area for household needs. As we are not from the area this was really helpful. Thank you all ladies x

FacebookFirst time using Clubleys for a house sale and I would not recommend them at all! They are extremely difficult to get hold of, never return phone calls, I ended up having to call again the next day. Ask them a simple question, they don't know the answer, so promise to come back to you, they never call back. Admittedly our Purchaser was a first-time buyer and needed some guidance, which he should’ve received from Clubleys but he did not receive any guidance from Clubleys. But Clubleys did manage to offend his wife which prompted our Purchaser to instruct all Clubleys communication to be directed at his solicitor. I don’t know what caused this, my Purchaser was of a different ethnicity and had a different culture, but I always found him approachable and reasonable. I feel Clubleys failed to in their approach to communication. Reluctantly I had to step in and speak to our Purchaser to prevent the sale from falling through. Clubleys then blamed me for the poor communication as I had spoken to the buyer directly. But if I didn't, Clubleys would have cost me the sale. The final example of how poor the communication was is that they didn’t even know we had exchanged contracts and completed two days later. They had no idea, until I called them myself to ask them what I should do with the keys for the sale. Truly shocking. I expect they will attempt to defend this statement, but I spoke to the Director and asked her to confirm the date of exchange of contracts and she point blank couldn’t. I spoke to a director, halfway through the sale, and at the completion of the sale about the poor service received and apparently it was either my fault or my Purchaser’s fault, depending on which point we were discussing. It was never Clubleys fault, even though they are responsible for their own communication.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property with Clubleys in Market Weighton via Angela mainly, the seller was particularly difficult kept threatening to put the property back on the market every tick and turn and generally very hard for us let alone Angela and her team to deal with, but they did and somehow managed to get the sale through to the end. Angela and her team were all very polite, proactive and professional given the difficult client they had ( Honestly you wouldn't have thought they wanted to sell there house) but she somehow managed to get us across the finish line and even gave us a lovely little treat when we collected the keys to our new home. We promised this months ago, so sorry it's late, but we've been busy with various tradesmen every day since and only now got the place up to scratch. We used another local agent to sell our last house, and they were shocking. The difference is like day and night. Definitely highly recommend Clubleys in Market Weighton 👌 Thank you guys 😊
