GoogleWell what can I say about Will & Jo the owners, lovely, wonderful, professional, helpful, experienced, efficient, very competitive, no thing too much trouble, wealth of knowledge just really nice people and a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with quite a few letting agents in the past none come any where near these guys!! If you thinking of renting these are the go to people please use them you will not be disappointed!! GoogleDon't hesitate to rent through Belvoir. I really couldn't ask for more. Jo and Will offer such a great personable service and are always available and ready to help with any issues. Just through bad luck I have had to have a new boiler and 2 new appliances during my short tenancy and both were inspected and replaced within days of me reporting the issue. GoogleI have known Will and Jo for quite a while now. When we purchased a rental property it was only natural for us to approach them to provide letting agency services. We were only able to get the property marketable in the Spring of 2020 amidst the first Covid Lockdown, so were not hopeful of much uptake. However Will and Jo's enthusiasm and commitment to getting a tenant from video promotions and socially distanced viewings, quickly secured interest from a number of potential tenants. Their attention to detail and diligence through the vetting process and lease preparation was exemplary, and being a 'first-time landlord we felt extremely confident and safe in their most capable hands.

Jo was very accommodating with supplying letters and supporting documents. My queries and emails were answered very quickly. Thanks again . In regards to tenancy letting , I liked that they had a detailed inventory and pics of the condition of the property, and that I could add comments to it. In my view very professional

GoogleJo and Will are amazing people. As letting a property for a first time they have been very helpful and always one phone call away if needed. Properties maintained to the best possible condition, clean, damp free, refurbished from ground up before move in date. Excellent communication and the highest level of professionalism! GoogleIt was a stress-free experience having an Agent from Belvoir Lettings. We moved into one of their flats feeling reassured throughout the process. Our agent answered questions during and after the move about anything. They have replied promptly, so a query about maintenance or a financial matter has not become a problem. GoogleWe have dealt with Belvoir since July 2010 and have been very pleased with the service we have enjoyed over the last 8 years. Jo and Will and the rest of the staff have been great and nothing has been too much trouble a very rare service ethic these days. Thank you for everything you have done and my wife and I wish you well for the future. You won't get better than this in a letting agent in our opinion.

GoogleWill and Jo are an exception to the rule. Most Estate Agents are crap. They are not! They both do what they say, when they say it. They are fair and always professional. If you are either looking for agents to manage your property or want a company that care for you, the individual, then look no further. My wife and l have dealt with more than 7 estate agents over the past decade and Belvoir are head and shoulders better than the rest.

They have really opened our eyes to how bad our previous agents were! Jo & Will have been amazing in all aspects from helping us refurbish the house to finding new tenants and managing the property. GoogleHad a great experience as their tenant over the past 2 year, would have been very happy to stay but life has moved on for me. Jo and Will have been very helpful and quick in sorting any issues with the house. Had a smooth end of contract too, and they found a new tenant quickly so I received a rent refund and full deposit.
