GoogleWe were with Belvoir for 4 years, living in a one bedroom house on the outskirts of Leicester. Jo and Will were always very helpful and professional. There were a few occasions when we needed help of a trade person: window handle change, leaking taps, broken kitchen fan - Belvoir was always quick to respond and send a professional in. They were happy to negotiate a rent increase. When leaving at the end of tenancy, they let me stay an extra weekend to finish cleaning. They ended up deducting £50 for an iron mark on the carpet, but I knew it well in advance and agreed to it. I would definitely rent with them again and recommend to anyone. Very professional company, I wish they all were like this!

GoogleWe rented house through them. House was after renovation, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, but was very dirty, e.g. loads of building dust etc. We treated it as our own, didnt ask for money when switch in living room at first destroyed few good bulbs and then broke. On moving out we had professional carpet cleaners and i washed and cleaned everything from top to bottom. Agency came back saying they will deduct £60 for mold in silicone in bath, little spot of dirt on skirting, oven is not clean enough, sink not shiny enough and extractor fan above hob not clean, do that agency will hire professional cleaning company. Me and my husband came back same day again, spent over 4 hours cleaning that it was spectacular shiny, and they still deducted from me £15 for dried leak in oven door to which i gould not get to, as glass in the door not removable. I pretty much dont have any money and £15 a lot for me. Please keep proof of everything what was wrong before you moved in.

They manage over a dozen properties for me in the Leicester area & I have never had any reservation about their service since they have been managing my properties for over six years. Their knowledge & advice is always sound. I live in London & it gives me real peace of mind knowing that they both run a professional & excellent service so far from where I live.

Will & Jo are professional, friendly and efficient; dealing quickly with any questions I have for them either through telephone calls or through email. GoogleI have rented multiple times and have never experienced better agents that Jo and Will at Belvoir. They are friendly, helpful and very efficient indeed. The viewing and moving process was seamless and I was kept fully informed at all times. The property was in great condition and very well cleaned. (You'd think this was a given in the industry....but sadly it's not). Through bad luck I had a few issues upon first moving in, needing a new boiler, washing machine and dishwasher within the first month or two. All of which were dealt with and/or replaced within 48 hours of me notifying them. With the boiler, a plumber was at the property the very next morning. In my experience, locally they are unrivalled. Landlords, look no further!

GoogleSince I lived in England, I've moved many times. However, they are the ones I'll remember the most fondly. Professional, understanding, simply nice people who are really good at what they do. All problems are sorted out really quickly. Communication is also great, answers are also almost immediate. I definitely recommend!

GoogleWe have used Will and Jo twice to promote and let our 3-bed property. Both times they have found us amazing tenants, who have paid the rent on time and have taken care of the property as if it’s their own. The last time they advertised the property was during the first Covid 19 lockdown. They made very careful, safety-conscious arrangements with the outgoing tenants to take the photographs and took the opportunity to make a walk-through video. Interested parties were then able to view the video to help minimise visits to the property. A small selection of those interested were then able to visit and we were given the final choice of prospective tenants. All the vetting administration was carried out without any fuss or delay, and the property was only vacant the recommended 3 days before the new tenants were installed. As a landlord I couldn’t have hoped for better service. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and they communicated with us the whole way through the process.
