GoogleDon't even bother trying to view a rental property. You have to tell them all about your life just to be able to go and view it regardless of being an owner yourself and having owned and rented other properties in the past. They patronise you in saying they need to know your income so that they can decide whether you can afford to rent one of their houses as if to say people are unable to manage their own finances and that's just to view it. And we are talking rentals! Good luck to them renting properties with that ethic! Not sure It would like to be a tenant of theirs. If you are a home owner, I would look elsewhere to rent your property out.

As a homeowner yourself, I’m sure you will appreciate that we are acting for our client, the Landlord, and are duty bound to find suitable tenants for their property. As the county's largest Letting Agent, we have always taken the information you have mentioned as standard and will continue to do for all rented properties. We have found that serious prospective tenants are willing to answer these questions, which helps us put a well-informed application to the Landlord and speed up the letting process for all parties. Unfortunately, the reality is that some people do have financial difficulties and the earlier we are informed of these, the more chance we have of working with them to find a suitable property to rent. As a local agent we are always happy to help people moving to and from the area but, as with anything, the more information we have - the better placed we are to assist. GoogleThis was rather a complicated sale as it was an estate and the executors live abroad. Barbers were wonderful from start to finish. They were attentive to every detail, excellent communicators and went way beyond their remit to keep us reassured and to complete the sale as efficiently as possible.

GoogleHave taken our property off the market with the market drayton branch , during the time we have been on the market , they have been disappointing with communication. They failed to advise us that a viewing had phoned to cancel left us sitting waiting , they delayed returning a call to a customer who wished to view our house and then didnt return our calls To let us know if the viewing was going ahead or not and,said they were too busy .NegativeResponsiveness

Googlei work as a contactor to Barbers and find the property management team to be most professional to work with and always have great communication when liasing with tenants to arrange appointments for works. I also find tenants to be very happy with their dealings with the lettings / property managment team.

GoogleTakes weeks to reply to an email, when theres a problem in rented property, takes months (if actually done) to sort it and then nlt sorted properly, rude and aragent, wants the rent money but dont want to do the work
