GoogleMy experience with all of the team at Newton Fallowell was a positive one and I would highly recommend them. We viewed several houses with them and they had an excellent knowledge of the properties, a very warm an welcoming attitude and we’re very engaging. I really liked the way they discussed ideas for the property with us and used their knowledge and insight. We had a long wish list that was also complex but they always looked for solutions and were a real help. When we eventually found a property I genuinely felt they were delighted for us. GoogleI recently moved home, although Newton Fallowell wasnt who I sold my house with, they acted for my purchase. I couldn't believe how helpful they have been. I have moved many times and have never dealt with an estate agents who went above and beyond their job description. From communication, updates, during the move, to meeting me at my new home with the keys and even reading the meters for me. I cant praise them enough. I wish other estate agents were as friendly, professional and unbelievably helpful. I cant recommend enough to anyone considering moving home. Thank you again for making my move less stressful.

GoogleWe used Newton Fallowell for our sale and they were professional and very efficient at Hengget our house to market. They kept us updated about viewings and suggested an open weekend to generate interest in our house. We sold in less than 2 weeks. They kept us updated about the progress of our sale and seemed happy to answer all of our questions.

GoogleI tried emailing and left numerous messages for them to contact me in order to view one of their properties response in getting back to me was poor they just wanted to know had I sold my property and when my reply was NO I felt they lost interest. GoogleDreadful service. I asked for a marketing valuation on a flat. Newton Fallowell have been to have a look but 4 weeks later and 3 chases I have had nothing from them. Complete waste of time.
