Was ok at first were helpful in wanting me to find a property as they had sold mind , it fell threw twice and took over a year for me to move , in the end when it finally went threw and I had moved I never heard from them they had got there money and that’s all that mattered to them , I think it’s very rude of them to not get in touch and say thankyou .

I would highly recommend Sharmon Quinney Estate Agents in March. We have used their services twice and on each occasion have not been disappointed. We have bought and sold through Sharmon Quinney so have seen their work from both sides of the coin. The sales team are incredibly efficient and professional. Nicky , Georgia and Sandra could not have been more dedicated and helpful. If one of them is not in the office to take your call, the rest of the team know exactly where you are up to on your sale or purchase. Moving home is probably one of the most stressful times in life, but the team at Sharmon Quinney took a lot of that pressure off with their experience and knowledge. I will be using their services again in the near future.

When we found the house, we were excited and nervous. We were First Time Buyers and had no clue what buying the house process looked like. After months of dealing with Georgia, and finally getting the keys, I must say my experience with this agency was average. Georgia didn’t update us regularly, we had to ask what was happening, and what the next stage was. She didn’t reply to all questions or sometimes not at all. Once we received an email saying they are waiting for us to catch up and after questioning got an email back saying we are all caught up. We were accused of sharing the seller’s contact details too with our surveyor even though we had no contact with the seller and didn’t have a number. Georgia was straight to blame us, which was funny because sharing contact details with the seller was a standard thing in Sharman Quinney and they were the ones who gave our surveyor seller's phone number. After moving in, we found shower wasn’t working, there was damp and lots of leaks- everything was covered by the seller and Georgia didn’t disclose any of the problems. Maybe she wasn’t aware, who knows at this point? It is clear for me that Georgia only cared about the Seller, not the Buyer. And I am truly disappointed, but got to the end and “sucked it up”… I hope the rest of the team takes a lesson, because for us it was a once in a lifetime experience filled with mixed emotions unfortunately.

Went to pick up my keys that we have recently purchased from Sharman Quinney, was very disappointed with the key hand over. A lady came over and handed all the house keys in a crumbled and creased tesco grocery bag. Would of honestly thought for a agency to be more respectful and polite and hand the keys in some sort of their own branding bag or a box with all congratulation letter. Was definitely not the experience i have expected to have, ruined that first time buyer excitement.

I was a first time buyer, buying a house not in a chain and it took 4 months to complete after constant chasing from me! Such slow service, mainly due to the poor attention to detail from the sellers using Sharman Quinney's in house conveyancers. Time after time the contracts had to be amended due to careless errors such as spelling mistakes, wrong names on contract etc. Very frustrating! There was no communication to apologise for the countless delays, the estate agents lost interest in helping me once I had my offer accepted. Would never recommend - avoid.
