GoogleRussell Octave and Haart have done an excellent job marketing my house. The photos and house details were well done and he was very knowledgeable about the local market. They couldn’t have put more effort into selling my house for the highest price in the shortest time possible. I had five viewings booked in before it was even on rightmove because they spent time phoning around with offers from most of the viewings. He is very careful with the offers making sure buyers really do have the money which I appreciate having been messed about for 5 months by another local estate agent who failed to tell me my buyer’s mortgage had fallen through. He is a cut above all the other estate agents I have dealt with in the area.

GoogleExtremely poor communication from Haart on a property my parents had booked to view. They had travelled a 140 mile round trip to arrive at the property to find a sold board outside and the owner not being aware of the viewing. Not impressed that someone from Haart clearly couldn't pick up the phone to let them know the property was sold and that the viewing was cancelled. Certainly won't be wasting any more time booking viewings with them!

The photographs that Russell took were of excellent quality so much so that i thought perhaps it was too nice to sell and maybe i should stay where i was. They both talked me through the selling process so i knew exactly what to expect. It only took two viewings before i was offered the asking price for my house and accepted. Brandon gave me regular updates of how thing were progressing and when things got a bit tricky he made the relevant phone calls and sent the relevant emails to keep things running smoothly. He always offered me the reassurance i needed and made me feel like i was in safe hands.
