GoogleEveryone in the office was very polite and welcoming. First time buyers so everything was new! We dealt with Garry who was great and really helpful. He phoned regularly to see if there was anything we needed assistance with including chasing the solicitors. The whole experience went really smoothly and we were very grateful for the support.

GoogleHighly recommended..... Friendly, helpful staff, very approachable. Our sale ended up more drawn out than expected but we were kept updated by Garry who, along with our solicitor, chased all the way to exchange for us. Garry was particularly helpful in regard to attending a boiler service which we were unable to attend.

FacebookLast year Jamie helped and went above and beyond to help my mum with a very sensitive sale of her home. He was so compassionate and patient while taking time to explain and help my mum through this process. Nothing was an issue and always made sure my mum understood everything when passing her information. Wouldn’t of wanted anyone else to do this process with us and highly recommend him and his team. GoogleTerrible, terrible, terrible service. The only viewing on our property which had a reasonable offer was a viewing done by ourselves. Kept trying to push for us to agree on offers of 40k less than what they had valued the property. Original sale fee was decided on a percentage of original valuation, sold for 30k less and it took heaven and earth to drop the original sales fee. Russell was full of promises which he couldn't keep, the level of service of which we had said we wanted to pay for was certainly not achieved. My wife had to teach one of their staff how to perform simple tasks on their right move software. We exchanged contracts at a stressful time(the Monday of lockdown), but the Friday before we received pushy, snarky, rude and spineless phone calls from Russell's personal phone number, the property ombudsman could not find these phone calls(obviously) a very sneaky attempt at pushing us to go through with the sale, even though we had expressed on many occasions our discomfort of the whole situation. Couldn't even get our street name correct on their video tour and never even bothered editing it out.
