GoogleVery well managed, just booked some viewings ar the moment and although the property we were interested in ,got an offer, miss Harriet Salisbury informed me straight away and not to waste my trip she already managed to book another property to see for the same time, in the same area, exactly the type of property we were interested with. GoogleTowards the end of 2021 my husband and I started looking for our first home. We came across a property in March listed with Haart and from first contact, Harry was so friendly and so professional. Russell and the team at the March office are enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful, always on the end of the phone for you. On the 24th June this year we collected the keys to our perfect little first home and Harry shared our excitement with us as he handed them over. We received a little gift box which was a very generous touch. Thank you to the team for making our dream home a reality!

GoogleRussel from Haart came to our home today to carry out an evaluation and later showed us around a property we had interest in. Russel was very polite and courteous and offered a personalised service getting to know us as individuals and knowing our wants and needs. Overall we feel that Russel went above and beyond to cater for us offering advice on getting our property onto the market as well as being able to put a conditional offer on any properties of interest whilst we await our sale: something that we were unaware that we could do. 5 star service. GoogleRussell was a really superb estate agent, smart, a warm smile on meeting and every question (which some were not on every bodies radar to ask an estate agent) he answered them all politely and definitely knows his job. Took his time to take notes of every area of our home and talk to us about our home, us and the area.Extremely pleasant and easy to make you feel relaxed and not a pushy or abrupt tone in his body as some estate agents are. Russell pointed out many things to present our house when selling to making ourselves aware of what buyers look for if we needed a fast sell. A young man who knew and knows what he talks about. And his final shake of our hands was a genuine “Pleased to have met you both”. ….. Good estate agent for sure. TY .

GoogleBrandon did brilliantly for me and my partner as first time buyers. Very knowledgeable about the properties he showed us, sent us updates about new properties which met our requirements and allowed us to view the property on our own after first showing us it unlike other estate agents who shadowed us so we could discuss how we felt about the properties privately. Would fully recommend. We have now moved into our house and through the whole process Brandon was helpful with any queries we had and gave us the information we required so that we were able to do the process as smoothly as possible. GoogleWhen we first met Mr Russell Octave he projected an aire of professionalism. He showed us the property we had travelled up from Essex to view and found that his knowledge of the bungalow was first rate. During conversation about the property he suggested that we may be interested in 2 more bungalows he had on his books. The gentleman then invited us to follow him to the properties the other side of town where he again showed his professional knowledge of both propertis. Dealing with Mr. Octave was a real pleasure, he went that extra mile to ensure we made the most of our 80 mile journey by showing us multiple properties. He was a real joy to deal with and would thoroughly recommend him, he acted in a very professional manner and showed impecable manners and sensitivity.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe’ve had a few struggles along the way with our house move, but I can honestly say Brandon is by far the best, most professional estate agent we have come across. He has helped us no end, going above and beyond. A few complications came up (nothing to do with Haart) and Brandon was there every day to assist us. He has also changed our perspective of houses, and given inspiration on changes that can be made to each individual house to make it suit us. Can’t praise him enough.
