Without his commitment the sale of 3 houses may well have fallen down. We contacted haart as we wanted a valuation on our property, even though we do not want to sell until next year. The people at haart could not have been more helpful and professional and still treated us like we were their one and only customer. Russ was amazing when he did our valuation, professional and friendly and he took time to explain to us all of the things that we could do to improve the chances of selling our home when we are ready to do so. Russ is a great character and made us feel at ease straight away. By the time Russ had left our home, we felt like we had gained a friend. Russell @haart was very professional, courteous and efficient at all times. He went beyond what I would have expected by helping with my father in law’s sale of his bungalow. He provided excellent photos, marketing and advertising, attended viewings and helped my aged father in law to feel at ease at all times. Supported him in completing the necessary paperwork, snd scanning documents when needed. Russell additionally supported in helping him to secure rental of an apartment near his son and I, 80 miles away. His friendliness and commitment in his role helped us all during this difficult time. I first met Russell Octave when I was house hunting in March. He was very attentive as to my needs and showed me some properties. He was very professional and understood my wish to look at properties for sale with other agents. In the end I identified a property which suited my needs. He was extremely helpful in arranging viewings particularly because I lived in Kent. Once the sale was agreed he remained my point of contact. There were many difficulties in reaching the date of exchange; Russell could not have done more to liaise with other parties to identify issues and move the matter to its final conclusion. In conclusion I have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective buyer or seller.

Russell and his crew were amazing. I had been let down by another local estate agent who really didn't put any effort into selling my property after a 7 month spell n the market. Russell came along gave a personal guarantee to get the property properly marketed and advertised ready for the market, he achieved this in 5 months from viewing to completion. His customer service and manner were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble to get the sale over the line. First time buyer, not sure where to start and finding no one was really going out of their way to help me. Then I went to Haart in March, spoke to Charles and he took my 'need list' and ran with it. I thought it would be a while before we would find a house we was interested in but only a few months in and we have had our offer accepted on a house that ticks the 'needs list'. Really pleased with the service we've received from Haarts. We were registered with other agents but none of them have offered the same level of service. Gary at Haarts has taken a far more personal approach in actually chatting with us, making suggestions and identifying properties that might be suitable instead of simply sending out a weekly list by e mail! When we first put our house on the market it was with a different estate agent but as the weeks went by without a sale Russell came a knocking on our door, we had known Russell from a sale he did for us years ago so after a lot of persistence on his part we decided to let him come and take photos etc and let Haart take over. Russell is excellent at his job , a true professional and both myself and my husband found him to be a lovely bloke you can trust. I have to be honest and say that once Russell had passed us on to the branch sales i didnt feel like they were selling the property enough to the potential buyers and i did complain but once Lewis and Gary took over it was a different story and altho we didnt sell straight away i felt confident that all was being done to highlight our property and its potential. Having now just recently completed and moved we have instructed Gary to put my mother in laws bungalow on the market so hopefully fingers crossed that one will be a success too. I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone because he not only does his best for you as an estate agent he also becomes a friend. The only reason I gave a 4* Is because i feel that the first agent that came out for Haart could have a done a bit more research on our house which therefore would have helped them sell our property better.

I don't often leave reviews, however, this review is for Brandon Ashton, with whom my brother and I were both very impressed. Brandon took us to view two houses and a piece of land in March last week. He also arranged a re-viewing of a property which I was keen to see again. I live about 100 miles away and am looking to relocate to March once my own property is sold. Because of the distance, Brandon has gone out of his way to be very helpful to me and answered all the questions I had regarding the properties. He is professional and was knowledgeable about the properties we were viewing. He keeps in touch with me from time to time regarding the sale of my property and updates on the property which I like. Brandon is a very personable young man and has been a pleasure to deal with. I would think he is an asset to the company and to the people for whom he is selling.

I would highly recommend Haart Estate Agents in March Cambs. Gary especially has worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to sell my mum's bungalow in March. My dad passed away suddenly last Oct and we had to move my mum into a care home nearer to family in Buckinghamshire this has meant that we had to choose an agent we could trust and rely upon in our absence as we live so far away from the property. Gary has looked after the keys and arranged many viewings for us.
