GoogleAbsolutely peeved off with them in March-. We viewed a no-chain bungalow We offered full asking price.We showed i.d. everything... Next morning- Nothing. Very unprofessional- Apparently they want a bidding WAR.To scar ed to admit it .won't be buying of themNegativeProfessionalism

I’m pleased to hear we requested your ID as we are required to by law. The seller wanted all viewings to take place, following our advice. We believe this is fair to everyone, as they have equal opportunity to make an offer, whilst also maximising the sale value of the property, which I’m sure you can appreciate is most sellers intention and our job as the sellers' agent. Consistently left me without heat, no carbon monoxide alarm for my entire tenancy, always hire the cheapest engineer and most recently damaged my stuff on call out.
