GoogleGreat experience with our house purchase. A very long chain resolution but we got there in the end. Terry was always available to assist and had helpful insight. As first time buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent.

GoogleSuch an amazing service from all of the team at Ellis Winters - March. The contact level has been fantastic throughout. I do not live in the area of the property I was selling, so they dealt with all of the viewings. They have been open, honest and transparent throughout the whole journey of selling my property. I would 100% using them. I had such a bad experience with a different agency, so Ellis Winters have been like night and day with the other agent. I’m so pleased I trusted Ellis Winters to handle this sale for me. It was my late parents house and they treated it and myself with dignity and respect.

GoogleI was an executor to my mum’s estate and Ellis Winters were the second estate agent I used in March to sell her property. I wished I had used them first! I found them to be really on the ball. Very informative to me as to what was happening at each stage; from viewings, offers, agreed sale and completion. Regular feedback and an honest appraisal of the market situation in March at the time. The house was sold and I was very impressed with the level of service given. I shall miss my regular calls from Terry updating me with progress

FacebookWouldn’t use another estate agents, Louise and Kate were both amazing throughout the whole process. From the valuation of our bungalow to putting the house on the market all the way through to completion day they really couldn’t of done more! Always on the other end of the phone and replies to our enquiries with them were always answered quicker than expected. Their friendly down to earth nature makes dealing with everything a breeze. They both went above and beyond to make our house selling experience as least stressful as possible even with the bumps in the road we hit while selling.

So glad we went with Ellis Winters for our recent house sale - they've been so helpful every step of the way - getting the house marketed perfectly, viewings, keeping us updated and most importantly, chasing the other people in our chain and solicitors! We had a reasonable chain (6 parties) which we were in the middle of, and Charlotte who was handling our sale was regularly checking in with everyone and keeping us and our buyers updated right the way through to completion, I don't know how we'd have managed without her help - made the always stressful process of moving much less stressful. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, well informed and knowledgeable throughout, as well as very clear and honest. I really can't recommend them enough, I've been telling all my friends to use them.

GoogleCompleted on buying our home this week through Ellis Winters, cannot fault Charlotte & Terry. Communication was consistent and updates were always being passed on which was very appreciated. They both put our minds at ease with the purchase and with them being on point with every little detail it made the whole process a lot smoother. Cannot thank them both enough, fab team!
