GoogleWe have just recently completed a reasonably stressful move from out of the area, purchasing a property with Ellis Winters. They have been fantastic from start to finish.
Charlotte did our original viewing and was very knowledgable about the property, only unable to answer one question which she found out from the vendors within a couple of hours! We did view another property with Terry who also was clued up and professional and friendly.
Through the whole process, they kept us up to date with status updates from solicitors, taking it upon themselves to chase regularly and keep the chain moving.
I would highly recommend purchasing through Ellis Winters - we mainly dealt with Terry who was fantastic through the whole process, but when dealing with other members of the team, they were also highly professional - GREAT COMPANY!

Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions.
