We’ve never sold a property before so found the whole experience a little daunting, but they’ve offered fantastic support from the start and we couldn’t be more thankful. Shanelle spent time out of normal working hours to ensure our property was listed quickly which we didnt expect but truly appreciated. The team also spent time liaising with the developers of our onward purchase, which again was very much appreciated. From listing to receiving an offer was 6 days! GoogleI cannot rave about the Ladies at Staton and Cushley enough. They are professional, caring, efficient and overall amazing to deal with. I had some issues arise when selling my property and the team were always on the phone helping, updating me and managing any issues that arose in a timely and professional manner. The care and detail they put into managing any sales is just outstanding and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I recommend the team whenever I can and anyone I have recommended them to also gives fantastic feedback. If you want to use a company that cares about you and your home and not just the commission then Staton and Cushley are the team to choose.

GoogleIf you need an estate agent pick this one!! Absolutely amazing!! From the first phone call I felt I had made the right choice. The ladies are professional, organised, efficient and lovely to deal with and not only did they get my house on the market urgently as I needed to go on a work trip, they also managed to get loads of viewings before it was even live on Rightmove. They sold my house in four days! Their manner and communication is on point and after dealing with a variety of other estate agents to buy my next property, I can tell you this level of customer service in this industry is rare. I cannot rave about the team enough and would highly recommend.

Shanelle who dealt with the majority for us has been amazing, her communication was always great and very prompt with answering any queries we had; sometimes even outside of her working hours. We also spoke with Emma & Danielle who both also were absolutely amazing. Sadly we lost out on the home we wanted and after much thought and looking at alternatives we decided to take our property off the market. When letting the ladies at Staton know our decision they were all extremely understanding and very reassuring that they’d be there if we ever decide to sell again. They are all so professional, knowledgeable and friendly, making the sale process so smooth and easy. They are willing to help with anything you may require guidance with, the photos they take are wonderful and the brochure really highlights your home. My house was sold within 24hours of the property going live! Don’t hesitate to get in touch with them, they are great.
