GoogleWe are purchasing our dream home through S&C. This viewing was set up last minute - after others cancelled. As we are relocating from Kent Emma knew we needed to use our two days efficiently. Emma has been very professional, quick and informative, friendly and helpful replying to any questions we had with regards to this home. Now the purchase is moving forward Danielle and Emma are in touch daily, keeping us informed on progress. We cannot thank them enough and are excited to meet them in the flesh once we move just up the road 😍

GoogleThe entire team at Staton & Cushley have provided an exceptional service for us! Danielle valued our property, informed us and saw the potential in our home and took amazing photos. Both Danielle & Emma immediately secured lots of interest for us and supported me with staying organised with the viewing bookings! We had 3 offers and one amazing offer on our house in less than a week of it going on the market! They’ve both kept us updated daily and are clearly very passionate! Clare, in the mortgage team, has gone above and beyond to secure us a mortgage after our current lenders filled our heads with jargon and turned us down. Clare came through for us in the middle of such an uncertain time with mortgage lenders pulling products and interest rates going through the roof but Clare is a mortgage machine and is so on the ball! She left no stone unturned, worked all hours into the night and explained everything so incredibly well to us that we finally feel like we understand mortgages! She went through everything with a fine tooth comb and we just feel so relieved and grateful for all the help we’ve had in selling our house and being able to secure our dream home! It was all so easy and we can relax knowing we’re in good hands. 1000% recommend Staton & Cushley. Friendly, professional, personable and a very knowledgeable team of experts! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleStaton and Cushley Estate agents have been amazing with the sale of our property. They keep in touch regularly to keep us upto date on progress. Danielle and the team are professional throughout. I have moved many times over the years and can honestly say this is the best service we have ever received. Their fees are very competitive into today's market. They also recommended Sort legal solicitors who have again given an excellent service. I would highly recommend this agent if you are thinking of selling or buying.

GoogleCould not be happier with the service we recieved. Our house went on the market on Thursday evening and we accepted an offer on Tuesday the week after. It was bank holiday otherwise it would have been accepted on the Monday. Our offer was also around £10,000 more than previous valuations so would highly recommend.
