Shanelle came to value our house and we thought that maybe the valuation was a little high but we trusted her judgment and she was spot on. Our property was very well presented with lovely photographs and within 3 days of being on the market we were offered the full asking price. We are currently going through the selling process and the support from Shanelle, Danielle & Emma has been excellent so far. I will submit another review when we have completed but I have every confidence it will be a good one!

Cannot recommend more highly!!! I have used lots of different estate agents in the past and alway ended up being let down or disappointed, I was recommended to use Staton and Cushley through a friend and can honestly say they have been fantastic in selling my house particularly Shanelle who came out to value the property and took photos the same day which were fantastic, she really took her time to get good photos, did a good write up and I think it even went up on the market that same day!!! And within a week or so I had accepted an offer, been great afterwards as well in keeping in touch throughout the process, I have already recommended them to other people and will definitely only be using them again next time

The pictures and write up were highly impressive. A very professional outfit who keep you well informed throughout the whole sales process. They also recommended an excellent conveyance service. We cannot recommend Shanelle highly enough. She is so professional but extremely friendly and really knows her stuff. Our property had been up for sale with a different agent for 13 months! Breaking the mindset of estate agents! From our first contact with Staton and Cushley we knew this was the estate agent we wanted to sell our property. I can’t praise Danielle high enough, her professional approach in outlining what S & C would be offering, a bank of clients wanting the size of our property ensured a quick sale.
