Wonderful team who support and keep you informed throughout the selling process as well as working hard to make the process as fast as possible. Jordan, Laura and Emma are all so lovely. Laura worked particularly hard to chase an awkward solicitor working for the buyer and got us there despite this. thank you so much to all of you.

GoogleI wanted to make an appointment to see the house for rent, the lady was not pleasant, I didn't remember the phone number and asked if I could call back and give number, she agreed, and she didn't answer the phone. When I called from my friend phone, she answered and she was very arrogant.
Aleksandra, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around especially since we are a local family run business where service matters. I have listened to the call recording this morning and note when you called back the lettings team were on another call, unfortunately at times it can get busy in the office but, we do apologise for this. Regarding, your experience I feel the questions my team asked you couldn't answer and it is a requirement of the bookings process and all of our landlords would not allow a viewing unless you could answer all of the required for your friend i.e credit score, pets, how many people will live in the property and work. Very quick to book a viewing, and was very quick in ensuring the application was finished as swiftly as possible to enable us to move in, while also making sure any minor work was finished prior to us getting the keys. Would recommend highly to anyone looking to rent a property.
