Sue, we are aware that you have an ongoing dispute with a tenant and we have done all we can as Landlords to try and assist in providing information to both the police and also the Local Authority. In cases where there is no evidence of any wrong doing, the Landlord is limited in his powers. We have referenced all your complaints and addressed these both informally and formally with the tenant. We sympathise with your frustrations, but the Local Authority and Police are equipped with dealing with these matters and you should continue to report matters to them as and when they may arise.
