GoogleWe had a valuation done by Lucy and then had Kimberley and Kirsty visit our home so they would have first hand knowledge of what our home has to offer and to visualize it better when talking to prospective buyers. They were all very complimentary and very professional, we feel better for having met them all as it will help us to put a face to the name when we ring to speak to them or them us. They all encourage me to call them for help and advice, rather than struggle alone with issues, no matter how large or small. GoogleWe have recently used Burchell Edwards at Mansfield to sell our property. We have been filled with confidence all the way through. When on the market we had lots of viewings, Lucy Brown in particular was knowledgeable and was informative throughout.The team work well, communication was great. Even aftersales have given us regular updates and we have been very well informed and guided through the whole experience. If we needed to use estate agents in the future we would definitely use them again.

GoogleAvoid!! Very unprofessional and try to scam us with over charging and not even paying the rent rightful of our property we let through them..been chasing them since weeks and they never returned the call back..would never recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe've had a great experience selling our house through the Mansfield office. Sold before lockdown within a week at a great price before everything fell through. Sold again soon after lockdown restrictions were lifted at the same price. Lucy in the office deserves special mention for being professional, friendly, excellent communicator and knowledgeable in her job.

GoogleContacted re a bungalow for sale in Blidworth, they were quite evasive with answering questions re planning being applied for in adjacent land ( that is attached to bungalow)ie how many properties, where will access be etc now found out 21 properties have been applied for

GoogleContacted them to schedule a viewing and then saw the place was already in the process of being let. I was never contacted about my inquiry. Very disappointed.
