Absolutely dreadful. Couldn't organise a p---- up in a brewery. Was told on Friday everything okay all sorted pick keys up Monday 9.30am by one person, to be told by another person on Monday at 2.15pm after various telephone calls "you should get keys today!! But dont know who told you that, they shouldn't have done". Van has been hired for the day is full of furniture and we are sat waiting for this lot to pull their fingers out. Not happy

We arrived at our destination a lovely Manor House 1700s property to meet Lewis, we were early and actually sat in the wrong car park although we could hear a voice and discovered Lewis was shouting to us through a locked gate, we had gone in the wrong side, Lewis guided us to the correct car park, we met Lewis and he was polite courteous, knowledgable and very helpful, he knew all the details and spec with the apartment, and he was very good at putting us at ease and making the whole process very enjoyable, Lewis was very polite and really knowleagable all together a very good experience

We had a rocky start with another estate agent and Burchell Edwards have been great from getting us back onto the market and achieving over asking price for our property!! For someone who has never been through the process of buying a house before having someone who is so knowledgable and approachable was really important to me and it has made the entire experience so much more easy and reassuring.
