17 May 2023 13:24 I was a first time buyer and knew very little of what was involved in buying a home. Kirsty was lovely, very easy to talk to. She understood my situation, laid everything out for me, explained in language I understood and was very patient. We talked through what I needed, she found me the best mortgage deal and discussed other things I hadn't necessarily thought about such as home and life insurance. Kirsty followed the progress of the purchase and just before completion managed to renegotiate the mortgage with the lender, getting better rates, excellent. Kirsty Ford really was invaluable and I would heartily recommend her.

I would just like to thank Beth Smith who works in the Mansfield Bairstrow Eves branch, and to give her the recognition she deserves. From the get go Beth honestly could not do enough for me and went above and beyond in every way. She was polite and very helpful and definitely knows her stuff regarding helping people find their dream homes in the renting department. Beth ensured all information was understood and went through everything so clearly and most off all, made me feel so welcome. Although it wasn’t the outcome I wanted, Beth has reassured me that if I need help or assistance in the near future she will be happy to help and for me there, that is a competent team player. Thank you for being you Beth and helping me like you have and would definitely recommend anybody to reach out to this branch whether it be renting, selling or buying a home. Kirsty Ford has been an incredible help with our mortgage application process, and she made both of us feel very comfortable moving forward with the situation. Before speaking with her we were not very knowledgable about what the process would be like - but she has kept us updated and aware of all the steps and time frames for these steps. She is friendly and very supportive to work alongside, and we both feel very thankful for the help we have recieved from her with this huge life change. After a bad experience with choosing the wrong estate agents for us, the staff at Bairstow Eves were nothing but helpful and professional, from the property valuation by Lauren to mortgage advice from Kirsty and sale dealt with by Mollie. Fantastic. (I sold my property). Everything ran so smoothly. Mollie was fantastic always happy to help, kept me informed the whole way through rang me as soon as the solicitor emailed me was always on it before I was. Fantastic experience with all the team. I would highly recommend the team at Mansfield. I will definitely use them again in the future. I also used their solicitors they recommended equally as fantastic no issues from putting the house up for sale to compleation was under 3 months. I currently have my house on the market and am viewing numerous properties with multiple estate agencies. Of all the agents I have come across Amber at Bairstow Eves is in a totally different league. She really does go above and beyond for anyone selling with them, sending me properties I may not have looked at, making appointments, really selling a place at the viewing and following everything up in a prompt and professional manner. I only wish I’d used Bairstow Eves to sell my own. Amber is a credit to the company and makes the process so easy.

My mother sold her house with Bairstow Eves recently. The process was smooth and they made it really easy for my mother to manage. Kirsty Pilgrim came to do the appraisal. She put my mother at ease and gave a full explanation of the process, the state of the market and how best she thought it would be to market the property. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in her sales strategy. She also came armed with research of similar houses in the area and what they are selling for / sold for. All the viewings were arranged to take place over a 2 day period and they had a representative carry them out so my mother could just go out for the day and not have to stress about it. Once the offers came in and one was accepted Liam kept in contact with my mother and sister every single week to provide an update right until completion day. All in all a fantastic service and I would highly recommend them especially Kirsty on the appraisal, valuation and marketing side and Liam on the communication and completion side.

I purchased my current house through Bairstow Eves in Mansfield, meeting Mollie Rowden at the property. She was knowlegable, professional and extremely helpful in showing me around the property. Points that I raised during the visit that she did not have the information to hand at the time. she contacted the vendor and rang me the following morning with information. The long drawn out conveyancing system that exists within the legal profession has been a bone of contention for years in purchase and sales. However Mollie kept me informed throughout chasing up both sets of solicitors in order to ensure a prompt and smooth transaction. During my life time I have bought and sold 8 houses and would say that working with Mollie from Bairstow Eves was the smoothest and less stressful than any other estate agents that I have been involved with. I was kept fully up to date both with phone calls and emails and were returned as promised. Professional friendly staff who look after their client.

After a few estate agents had been out to value my late fathers property, Amber came out to see me. I was Immediately impressed with her professionalism, knowledgeable and friendly attitude. I knew she was a woman that "gets the job done" and was I proved right. Not only did the property sell quickly, it sold for more than the other estate agents were valuing it at. You get what you pay for. Everybody that I dealt with at Bairstowe Eves, Mansfield were all very helpful, making a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. Brandon and Laura were there to help fill out all the paperwork. So helpful, nothing too much trouble. Melanie was extremely helpful and kept me fully up to date with the sale progress. Meeshia , Gemma and the team at Bairstow’s Mansfield have made letting a property out a dream. Dealing direct with the office team is great. The only mistake Bairstow’s did make was sun contracting some parts of their business to countrywide who hide behind computer generated emails, won’t speak to clients and generally rude. I have used Bairstowe Eves for the selling of my house, and it was sold within a week. Pretty much speaks for itself. They organized photos, floor plans and advertising. All of which were to a high standard. I had about 12 viewings in the space of 4 days, and had sold within a week! Communications on a daily basis, and no issues so far. I've only just sold, but I would expect this continue until we have completed as they seem professionals. Lauren has been looking after my sale. I think that she has gone above and beyond from what I would have expected her to. With dealing with my buyers, solicitors, house enquiries etc. There have been a number of challenges, and Lauren has dealt with them in an efficient and professional manner.
