Thank you for your review. I can only imagine this relates to you being unhappy about being charged at the end of your tenancy for cleaning your room which wasn't left in a acceptable condition. If I am wrong then please let us know why we are not good agents for foreigners, we have tenants from all over the world who appear to be more than happy with the service we provide and their tenancy. Some of which have been with us for over 10 years.

FacebookMy partner used ASK property agents to sell his parents house when they past , it was sold within 4-5 weeks , the service was fantastic , they keep you informed with what's going on I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them there fee is not huge like some estate agents are either very pleased with there service thank you ASK PROPERTY for a very good service .

FacebookThe WORST company ever. VERY RUDE. Since March i can't get my deposit back and get in touch with manager. they saying *manager not here....meeting...Holiday etc etc*. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. CRAP COMPANY
The only reason you could not get your deposit back was you decided to leave early, you had not even been in the the room for 24 hours before you decided to leave even though you signed a 6 month tenancy agreement, you never spent a full 24 hours in the property. You advised us you were moving back home even though you signed a 6 months tenancy agreement. The landlord could take you to court for the full 6 months but isnβt going too, so please donβt slate the company when you have not stated the full facts.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you are not happy with your property. It is the tenant responsibility to ensure they clean their own mess and the heating is on. While we have recived no complaint in the office from yourself or another tenant, I would suggest making that your first point of contact to give the company a chance to look into the situation for you. Facebookleaving tenants in dirty circumstances , when people have passed away in other rooms , they dont care about your well being , or respect any of your demands when wanting better accomadation to bring you children
