Elsa and the team are fantastic 👏 they work so hard what they do and solve any issues that needed to be addressed they are their for any questions you need to ask and they will do there best to answer them. Ask property are literally the worst for customer service. Emailed about a property. Got nothing for 5/6 days so I started calling and got no response. they got back to me on google reviews stating that I gave them the wrong phone number when I get a copy email of my form I filled out and showed it hadn’t so that was not the case because it was correct and I emailed and was told they were busy and that I should’ve called them instead when I had been on both my phone and no answer even on none bank holiday days. So I was clearly upset. Not angry but upset at the situation and they had such attitude back to me. No care or apology. They only apologised for not responding to my email not for not calling me back or answering their phones. They told me to never contact them again and at that point it got me from upset to angry. Told them I would report them and they said “noted”. Absolutely shocking. Then my colleague got in contact and was told that the website never gets updated and that the property wasn’t even available anyway and to look at Zoopla for properties. I understand customer service and would never treat a customer in such a way. As someone whose desperate to move out of my living situation due to my mental health being very bad there was not a care in the world for helping me out. Couldn’t even be bothered to respond to any of my emails until I started sounding upset then you get all defensive? What’s all that about? They are stating that I have abusive phone calls with them but not once had I even managed to get someone on the phone one single time. So this is completely a lie.

Wow, the team at ASK are incredible! I handed them my empty 6-bed HMO on Friday 25th Sept at midday and got the call today (1030am Tuesday 29th Sept) to say they have filled it! I was still scanning my signed contract to them Friday afternoon when they were busy dressing the property, arranging viewings, taking photos. They are the most professional and proactive team I have ever encountered. Thank you all, especially the lovely Iesha who took ownership of the viewings and kept me in the loop. Amazing!

These lovely fantastic people that work here (IESHA and manager KELLY) are the most amazing people i have eva met so helpful kind and caring .... Looked after me from the first moment i met them and through to the last and still thinking and looking after me now even when i have moved into the property .. Tbh 5 star is not enough for these people should be more like 100 star review .... All i can say is if u looking for properties to rent then look no further because these people are the ones to go to the way they treat you is more like friends than accquaintences brilliant service and in my opinion they cannot be beaten by any other estate agents SIMPLY THE BEST ESTATE AGENTS IN ENGLAND cannot thank them enough for all what they have done for me ... Worst experience with an estate agent. Very rarely post reviews. I went into store and asked for a lady who I had been recommended (won’t name names) asked for the lady and got treated as if I was trying to scam them. All other agents are warm and friendly, the lady in question was helpful and fine arranged an appointment for a valuation. I took time out of my day on the day of the valuation, 20 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I called to be told I wasn’t in the diary. Go to any other estate agent and they would treat you in a much better way.
