GoogleHaart came to value my ex partners house and were very professional. Maartin was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable from the minute he walked in the door. I am not looking at buying anything right now but wouldn't hesitate to use Haart in the future. Plus it helps that Maartin is quite the hunk. Highly recommended. Thank you for all your help.

GoogleWe had Haart come to value our house and Maarten was very helpful. He was friendly, courteous and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure from him, he’s just a genuine and professional Estate Agent. When my partner and I decide to sell, we will no doubt use Haart. It’s a shame they don’t deal with houses in Spain though.

GoogleWithout the help of Naomi and the team at Manningtree the process of moving from Norfolk to Brantham would have been horrible - Naomi helped us all the way in a very professional but friendly manner - far more so than the agents we were paying at our end. She is a credit to Haart, along with her colleagues. By far our best experience with estate agents in a long time!

GoogleCameron (and the rest of the Haart team) have been a pleasure to deal with whilst my wife and I have been searching for our perfect family home. Despite the frustration we have shared of trying to view a lovely property where the viewings were sabotaged and prevented by a tenant of the said property, Cameron always kept us informed of any progress and was highly professional at all times. Although we never purchased or sold our home through haart I can honestly say that I would be delighted to do business with them in the future without hesitation should the need arise.

GooglePoor when compared to other agents or even other Haart offices. A genuine don't care attitude unless there is an easy opportunity for a sale. If vendors realised how much effort was being made to secure them a sale they would be shocked. Having made an offer on a property twice through two people in the same office and received feedback from neither is the height of incompetence. People, wake up, there is better than this for less expense. Walk past.
Dear Roy Thank you for your review though, of course, we are disappointed to hear your negative feedback resulting from our conversations over the past few days. I understand your frustration in having the offers you have put forward on the property declined by the vendor and it is disappointing that we have not been able to agree a price that is satisfactory to yourself and the seller. As I am sure you appreciate, we do work for the vendor and it is our duty of care to achieve the best possible price for the home. I must assure you that your offers have always been put forward and as we have been discussing over the past few days the property will remain on the market until an agreeable and proceedable price is achieved for the seller. We would be happy to discuss any increase in price that you are able to offer and of course present that figure to the vendor for their consideration. She was very careful and thorough taking photos of the house to get all the details in and highlight the best features of what we thought would be a tough sell. The house ended up selling in 2 days! And we are really impressed with the continued support from Jess and the other staff we have met on the journey!
