We have purchased our new house through Haart, and more specifically Maarten. Right from the first contact of requesting viewings, Maarten has been friendly, helpful and genuine. Over the several months' of contact we have had numerous conversations, sometimes not specific to the process, but just a bit of a catch up and chat - made me feel like I was more than just a statistic to get added to the pile, I felt like I mattered as a person. Just completed selling our dad's house and couldn't be more delighted with how it was all managed by Haart, and in particular Maarten. We were selling from a distance after dad passed, and Maarten managed everything for us, taking all the stress out of the process. We had an offer within days of being on the market, and after those first buyers had to pull out, Maarten jumped straight on it and we had another buyer within a few weeks. Easy to deal with, always available, and ready to answer any questions. Couldn't recommend highly enough. (We also used Haarts recommended conveyancing service which was also great - online and slick in the main, but people on the phone when needed - again would recommend).

My experience with heart estate agent is very good especially maarten, I can't say enough of how good he is, my house was up for sale with another estate agent for 7 months and No sale , I moved to heart and maarten new how to to market my house which was the garden and within 2 months my house was sold . We talked most nights on up dates and all the way through the sale I could not asked for more . His experience and knowledge sold my house . Phenominal service from the Manningtree branch. Maarten's photographs were fantastic and really showcased the best of our homes features. Jessica got our home sold within the week and kept me updated frequently, no chasing up required! Kaleigh was the real star of the show, she was ten steps ahead, called me with updates before id even thought about them and was a credit to her profession the whole time through. As a youth in this generation, finding a property can be confusing, frustrating and possibly financially crippling. However my experience contacting haart on the subject has been a relief to say the least. For their knowledge on the properties and the area are detailed and communicated competently. But what makes this review 5 star isn't the fact they know their craft. But the friendliness of the staff supporting the company, I'm spoken to like a friend getting back in touch, or a human being compared to other companies that stick to a script.
