Absolutely disgusting service. Lin is the most incompetent letting agent I've ever come across and has spoken to us like dirt since the beginning of our tenancy. It took us so long to get into the property because Lin had no idea what she was doing. This was a red flag from the start. They served us with a section 21 without our knowledge, notifying our guarantor before us. They insinuated we were lying about not receiving it. It took them over 6 months to install our kitchen extractor fan because Lin didn't update our contact numbers. Then we were told people were coming to view the house on the day they were coming with no prior knowledge. Made out to be a liar again as they said I'd been notified on the phone on 3 occasions which was a complete lie to cover their own backs. When I refused access and asked for 24 hours notice, I was spoken to like rubbish yet again. Appalling service for tenants! I have already submitted a complaint to the branch manager.

Way above the rest!!! Had 5 valuations on my home, and your move gave the best information and first impressions. Not only that but we bought our last home through them and it went well, so we decided to go with them again. Got the house on the market, it was on Rightmove within a couple of days, they give regular updates and managed to secure a sale on my house in under 3 weeks. They kept me up to date at every step, helping out wherever I needed them. Vicky is an absolute asset to this company, she went out of her way to find us a new home, and in the end not only did we end up selling through your move, we purchased our beautiful new home with them too. Faultless, would definitely use again!

Fab Customer service from Vicky (Victoria Coffey), nothing was to much mightier for her, very patient with the million questions I had alongside the process. Keeping my spirit high and helping to sort all the little humps and bumps we have had on the way. Very personal approach. Also Kevin Young (Financial Adviser) was absolutely fantastic. Yes he has charged for his service but it was adequate to the work he put into finding the best mortgage deal for us. Kevin made us feel very comfortable talking about finances. He gave us options and guide throughout the whole process. Both Vicky and Kevin are quick in responding to emails and I would definitely recommend their services. We have been dealing with 2 separate Estate Agents (one for sale and Your Move for the Purchase). Your Move been better by miles than the other one (apparently one of the biggest on the market - If you want to know which one to avoid pm me). Regarding Your Move I would recommend them to anyone!! We are happy and grateful to Vicky and Kevin for their commitment and guidance. Great Team!!

If it wasn't for Vicky looking after us from start to finish i don't think we would have made it through to the end without needing a shrink! Buying and selling is certainly the most stressful thing we have gone through but Vicky made it a smooth process, she explained every issue to us that was picked up on the sell side and was always reassuring. If we had any questions that she wasn't sure of, she would make sure she found out the answer for us by chasing the other parties involved. That office should be proud to have her on their team!

We have had a very positive experience with Your Move Mary Ashton Hyde. Bryan Beeley did a great job with the valuation and was extremely professional and pleasant. Jenny Scanlon who was overseeing the move was extremely helpful at all times. Our calls were always answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of any updates on a regular basis and our house sold quickly and for the asking price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Perpetual deceit by ‘Vicky’ using Laws and rules that were made up in her head in order to conserve her commission! ‘Vicky’ and a small selection of her colleagues chose to ignore questions and assembled a unnecessary disunity. This callow and corrupt worker named Vicky, an inexperienced bogus sales manager leaves the possibility of you selling or letting your property with this branch futile! Management disregard and swerve liability and are now deceitfully provide sanctuary for her gross misconduct admitting they trying to get ratings up and people to trust her! Do not Buy or Rent properties from Mary ashton branch. This is a dishonest, devious and disgustingly horrendous franchise and puts shame onto the name of Your move. Careful using this agent. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW Having recently dealt with the denton Mary Ashton, and had viewings in the past few years and noticing fake reviews recently posted i urge you to question why they have been posted, if you click on most recent, 3 reviews all posted in the last 24 hours all for 5 stars, which all mention a certain estate agent employee, I believe these reviews are fake in order to tackle the recent bad reviews the branch has been receiving, instead of them addressing the real issue here which is their below average customer service. They do not have the seller or buyers best interest in mind unfortunately. The employee mentioned in the most recent reviews is not one you can trust in my opinion and I do not wish to put anyone off using the branch, as with all estate agents I just urge you to be careful! If you have had REAL dealings please review so more of us are aware, as a property is going to be your home it should be a pleasurable experience! James

I sold my property in August 2018 having decided to go with Your Move Mary Ashton. I did intiallly ship around however after meeting Tom and hearing about the company it was an easy choice. From start to finish they were amazing. One stand out person for me was Vicky. She kept me informed at all times and was extremely helpful when it really counted. She is exactly what great customer looks like. I honestly don't think I would have gotten through the process without her. That being said everything I called the branch the other staff were equally as lovely and helpful. If I ever decide to move house again I won't bother shopping around and just head straight back to Your Move
