One the best Letting agents in Manchester. A lovely agent called Olivia, showed us around 2 different apartments in Manchester City centre. She was absolutely brilliant at her job, and we got all the answers we needed on the spot. Unfortunately due to circumstances, we couldn’t move out of our current apartment but I will definitely use Saville again in the future. Olivia Nunn is a great asset to your team!

I contacted Case McNair/Savills to see some apartments during my trip up to Manchester. Olivia Roche was able to arrange for both my viewings to be together which were originally seperate - this was great as I only had the morning to view the properties and saved so much time. Milan Sidlo showed me both apartments and was able to answer all my questions honestly but also went out of his way to find out about alternative options of parking for those flats that had no allocated space. He regularly kept me updated on new flats on the market which I really appreciated as I didnt live in the city so was important that I secured the viewings quickly. He consistently went out of his way to help me even though he wasnt planned to be in the office on the days of my viewings and kept his other staff updated - Thank you Milan! Thanks again to Case McNair/Savills - Your staff are really friendly and very efficient and I was able to secure the perfect home.

Ryan and Milan at Savills have been a great help in renting out two properties in Liverpool, both properties were rented out in really good time despite them twice being let down by potential tenant at the last minute they were able to find replacement tenants straight away. We have now used Savills to let our flat on three occasions and every time we had a really positive experience, both in terms of the speed with which the flat as let, and everyone’s friendly helpful attitude. When we we first started letting our flat we researched Manchester letting agents and had three visit the flat. We liked Savills enthusiasm and website alongside competitive rates and the more we use them the more we feel we made a great choice. We have received really helpful advice when we’ve asked, and they have carried out all activities very promptly. The first time we let the flat we weren’t sure how things would work - we needn’t have worried. For our first let we went with a managed service, for further lettings we have managed the property ourselves after Savills have found the tenant for us. Both models work really well, and Savills have been really helpful while we got up to speed managing the flat ourselves. In addition to finding tenants we’ve also had Savills carry out inventory checks and condition of the flat. I can’t speak highly enough of all the people we’ve met from Savills - thanks to Maria, Ben, and Donna for all your help, it really is appreciated, we will be working with you again. Dan

We would like to thank Ryan and Claire from the Manchester office for the handling of a recent transaction we had. Everything from the beginning till the end was done professionally. Ryan and Claire managed all aspects and details of the transaction and were very patient, efficient and supportive throughout. Without their input the completion of the transaction would have not been possible, given also the timing deadline we had. I have had & continue to have the pleasure of dealing with Sam, in relation to my property. Ive heard many horror stories from friends regarding agents & people within those offices however i have nothing but pleasant, professional, speedy & accurate dealings with Sam. I must stress, that i do have complexed health needs & Sam always goes above & beyond to ensure they are taking into account at all times The whole team are a pleasure to know & they do make renting from Savills very easy given how excellent there service is, but as i deal with Sam more i must say its very clear he always goes above & beyond what is required. I Have rented from these guys for a over 2 years now & can’t fault the service. When I moved in it was a very stress free process & went very smoothly. The communication is excellent & they really guide you through everything.
