Googlepoor service..No response to complaints or maintanance issues. Charged £25 from me for giving reference to my new landlord..even after the payment I had to call and mail them to give the reference. Took at least one week to get the reference.
Dear Vinod, I am sorry to read your review, i have reviewed your tenancy and can not find any records of complaints during your 12 month tenancy, other than your request to be release form your tenancy early, but your landlord was not in agreement. I understand you were not happy with the decision. The only repairs reported during your tenancy was a faulty socket, which was reported late on a Friday, and replaced by the following Thursday, when you were available. Regarding your reference we charge an administration fee of £20+vat to complete a reference, as we have to review your rent account, payment schedule, inspection reports and photo, in addition to system notes relating to your tenancy, to give a true and accurate reference, all of which takes time which is why there is an admin fee payable for this service. I understand you requested the reference, and the request was sent from the company on the 7th, but you did not make payment for the reference until the 9th, and then we needed to conduct the review of your tenancy as described and replied the next day from receipt of payment.

GoogleAbsolutelly discusting experience. Stay away from them. Tried to increase monthly payment till landlord got involved. Never again in my life me or my family or friends will use they services. On day signing letting agrement agent said that they are not going to sign it after all background check was done and I dint have any another option as to agree to increase monthly rate. Tried to sell insurance you dont need. Be aware CROOKS!

GoogleFinally completed our sale and purchase the week before Christmas. Selling and buying a house during a pandemic was a difficult process but Dougie McCallum was brilliant. He kept us well informed and guided us through the buying and selling procedures, he is an absolute credit to Sanderson James and we would highly recommend their services.
