They are professional and every time we got a problem in the flat they were able to fix it quickly. We absolutely recommend them!!

Very unprofessional service by amateurs purporting to be estate agents. Spend as little time as possible on valuation and pics 'visits'. Can't even get property details correct after four attempts and yet still posted it on Rightmove, etc.

Recently dealt with the team at Didsbury and it was by far the best customer service I have had from an estate agent. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to, think it was Ryan or Brian but he had great knowledge of the current market and gave me some great advice.

GoogleI have been doing maintenance works for this particular branch for the last 18 months. I have always found them polite and helpful which is a rarity when working with estate agents. Contact details are passed to both me and the tenant which makes for a smooth process for booking in. When I talk to tenants they comment how helpful the property management team is.

We recently moved into a city centre apartment. The process of signing the contract and moving in was pretty stress free especially considering the whole corona situation. Ryan answered all our questions as best to his knowledge and even was able to move us in a day earlier than agreed, so that it would coincide with the bank holiday. Very good service. Very pleased.
