Well what can I say about Reeds & Rains, first off I was with another big estate agent in Manchester & they did not sell my house much time wasted, then I had an initial meeting with Dominic a very nice person after our meeting I decided to give Reeds & Rain a go, If you are reading this review you will not be disappointed with anyone in the office, they were all a delight to speak to and they all could answer my questions when I contacted them, Now I want to personally thank Katie she was my main contact during this sale, she has been an absolute super star, she has been on top of my sale from the start to now the finish, chasing the buyer to his solicitor Honestly I cannot say enough abut the hard work & dedication from Katie, If I was selling again I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Reeds & Rain, but I would have to have Katie A BIG THANKYOU

I had an amazing letting experience with Reeds Rains Estate Agents, Didsbury, starting from the viewing till I signed my tenancy agreement. Moving from US to UK was a big move for me. Greg was very helpful in explaining me the entire tenancy process. Craig had handled my documentation part and he is very patient and answered all my questions. He listens to your request and make sure it is answered. I highly recommend Reeds Rains for all tenancy requirement.

Kimberely came round to value our house and was extremely knowledgeable in terms of current market. She wasn’t pushy and was very respectful of our situation regarding selling the property. From getting our house on the market to exchanging contracts, Kimberely was very helpful and answered all our questions - she was always easy to get hold of. Elly was brilliant with updating us and chasing our buyers solicitors. She was extremely efficient and dealt with all our queries quickly. As with all house sales, there were issues within the chain but the team at Reeds Rains were able to deal with these and liaise with solicitors and other agents and took that extra stress away. Reeds Rains Didsbury completed the sale on our Didsbury home recently. Elly was amazing and I can 100% recommend the Didsbury office. Elly went over and above her day job by providing professional, efficient and extremely personable and friendly feedback throughout. Reed Rains Didsbury handled the sale of my flat brilliantly, they were always helpful and friendly, available for advice and flexible. In particular, the team were very hands on with the viewings, the buyer and both of ours solicitors, given that I was out of the country during the sale process. When we hit a bump in the road and lost a buyer extremely close to the exchange date, the team were very sympathetic and allowed me to put my property on dual track (for lettings as well as for sale) without any additional expense incurred. They gave me a great deal of advice with regards both selling and letting. All the fees were on a no sale (or let) basis and were fixed, rather than a % of the sales price. They have been very patient with my thousands of questions and changing my mind a lot and I am very grateful. Thank you Amy, Kimberley and Greg

In particular our point of contact Elly Roberts was very great to deal with. I am genuinely more inclined to get the property because of her service and highly inclined to work with reeds rain from how amazing the support was. she offered a wide range of options for support as well! would have left a money tip had that been appropriate. deserves a raise.

Reeds Rains are completely uncommunicative. We rented for 2 and a half years through Reeds Rains. When we moved out we asked for confirmation of our notice period to which they never replied. We have now requested our deposit back and have asked for any information on our deposit, and they have not replied in over 4 weeks.
