We can't recommend Reeds Rains highly enough!! After a journey that lasted well over a year, we have finally completed, and we wanted to thank David and the whole team for their incredible support throughout. David was exceptional from the very beginning. He guided us through every stage of the process with professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and genuine care. Throughout what became a long and sometimes challenging journey, he was always there with advice, reassurance, and encouragement. His positivity and commitment never wavered, and it was clear that he genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. A special thank you to Daisy, who was amazing at keeping everything moving and handling the countless logistics involved behind the scenes. We'd also like to thank Joe and Emma for conducting the viewings at the start of our journey, and Anna and Tom for always taking the time to answer our calls, chase information, respond to enquiries, and keep us updated whenever we needed help. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us through the process. Our house was let out by Reeds Rains for a year before selling. Joe was great in handling the valuation for letting and the letting management team was also good. And the sale proceeded well and smoothly once the offers came in. Tom was excellent in helping and explaining some issues. Love Daisy whose sunny disposition shone through over the phone… am glad she showed clients our house and got us great offers. And…, of course Joe was brilliant in helping calm my anxiety. I approached Reeds Rains and two others to value my flat in Withington. From the outset David was interested and engaged and came across like he wanted Reeds Rains to sell my flat. Once it was on the market and throughout the whole sale process Daisy and Joe were great. If I could give more than 5* I would. David Latus has been outstanding on the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. Initially we had a private buyer for our house which fell through. At the time I had no real appreciation of how much work an estate agent does, especially in managing a chain. I believe our first sale would not have fallen through if David had been involved. Th whole team have been so professional, our queries have been answered in minutes. David wears many hats not least a calm voice when the chain gets jumpy with hold ups. Thanks to David and the team for making our second sale a very quick and seamless process. Highly recommend this team of professional estate agents who work with heart and soul.

Not only did they answer all our questions but they helped to speed the process along when the solicitors on both sides were taking a long time. In addition to the personal touch, Reeds Rains provide a virtual walk-through which has a measuring function. This enables you to make plans in advance of moving in.

We approached Reeds Rains Didsbury to value our property as they had recently completed the sale of another apartment in the development. From the outset they seemed totally disinterested in the commission. Their valuation was sight unseen and based on the single sale they had recently completed, taking no account of the condition of our property or the higher benchmark of well appointed properties in the development. It was delivered in a one line email. Contrasted with other agents who chose to visit the property, offer advice on marketing strategies and valued it commensurate with its condition pitched against other nearby developments and sales, it struck us that Reeds Rains frankly couldn't be bothered to do their job properly and we decided this would follow through to their approach to marketing - it was no surprise the other property the marketed had been empty for months. They also used our enquiry to sign us up to their mailing lists without our having ticked any opt-ins or seen a privacy notice, which is a breach of GDPR. Avoid.

Good experience and very personable dealings with Craig from the Didsbury office, many thanks! But after moving in, there's no heating to the property and an issue that had been known about 3 weeks prior to moving in has not been fixed yet resulting in the mains water being turned off. Tried to call emergency out of hours contact to get it sorted but they're busy at the moment. Appalling service from Reeds Rains generally, especially given they knew we were moving in 3 weeks in advance and now we have no heating and constant water supply, worst experience moving into a property so far. I didn't give fewer stars since Craig has been nice throughout the experience

Appalling customer service. We tried repeatedly to book a viewing of a property. Despite repeated assurances we would be contacted once viewings were available, we were never contacted. We attempted to call several times to be met with an answer phone. We left our details to be called back which we never recieved. We were very keen on the property so kept trying. Once I finally got through to a member of staff, I received apologies, was informed they had been booking viewings of the property (which in fairness were cancelled but we were never informed). I asked to be called once viewings were being booked and asked a question about the property. The member of staff promised to call me with answers to my questions. That was several weeks ago. We have since given up and had an offer accepted on a nearby property. Absolutely appalling, disrespectful and dishonest service.

Reeds Rains in Didsbury were fabulous. Right from the initial visit to the property for sale, Kimberley's and Elly's enthusiasm and confidence soon allayed any anxiety I had. They were very knowledgeable of the area and were very patient and helpful, answering all of my questions and explaining the selling process comprehensively. Despite Covid , when I rang their office, Craig was always on the ball answering the phone and never failed passing on messages. The whole team, particularly Katie and David, went over and above their remit to keep the process running smoothly and quickly. They maintained a strong communication link between both solicitors, the buyers and me. Reeds Rains offer an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.
