GoogleI have expressed my opinions many times, but still no progress at all. The service efficiency is extremely low, follow-up is extremely slow, and almost every communication makes customers angry.

GoogleI sent in an application and no-one bothered to let me know the outcome. My partner rang in a week later to ask if they received it, they told him they’d get back to him, but never did. Thanks for that.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a tenant, I find the service a disgrace. We don't know who to contact in an emergency, especially as it seems email is the only option, and the replies we've had take weeks!

GoogleAbsolute disaster. Trying to contact them for about a month now. Zero answers. Their property is falling apart and they don't even care. Never again. Avoid!
