Been a tenant with Red Block since Feb 2023 and overall very happy. Initially had some issues with our first assigned letting agent (who no longer works for Red Block), who had some lateness and communication issues when we were moving in. However, our new assigned agent, Charlie, has been fantastic and since she took over looking after our property, everything has been incredibly efficient. Charlie is really friendly, great at responding to messages, and she has taken fast action when we’ve reported a couple of issues that needed attention. Our landlord is also really friendly and I get the sense she truly cares about the property but also about us as tenants, which is very refreshing. Our rights to quiet enjoyment of the property are well-respected, with advance notice given if anybody needs to pop by for any maintenance or checks. We love where we live and it feels like a proper home. Really impressed with the improvements Red Block have made with their processes, efficiency and service over the past six months especially.

I have been a tenent with this agency for nearly 5 years and I can Honestly say they are the best agency I have been with. They care about their tennents, get repairs done quickly with no fuss, very helpful when needed. I have two young children and the agency cannot do enough for us to have a happy home for us all. It is our pleasure to recommend RedBlock as a sourcing agent for any individual or family searching or BTL searching. They helped us to find a BTL property. Kevin of Redblock had an initial meeting with us and took notes regarding my investment needs.They will recommend some properties in concise summary and then booked for viewing.A coordinating agent will be assigned for transaction negotiation status. We found that Nina is a highly attentive agent. I have used their service to buy 4 houses. All are greatly overpriced and over market value by at least 10%. They use cheating selling skills to your clients not exit the deal even the house has problems showed by survey report. In addition, they provided misleading and incorrect information to induce the clients to bid the house. In one of their report, it mentioned that the house is in decent condition but in fact, it was broken house. They used the selling skills to tell you that tenant not allow take video on the house. Must avoid!!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Racist company, young couple earning over 100k per year combined & we viewed a property that these guys were advertising, was happy with it & asked to proceed. They refused to let us pay a deposit until “they had done their other viewings that day” and we didn’t hear back from them until we chased them up repetitively, only to find out that they gave it to another couple when we asked first. The couple in question was Chinese, as wanted keep only Chinese people in this community of new builds they are offering, rather than giving it to the first person who wants it. Racist, bad faith in business, and a waste of time, avoid.

This property management company manages a house adjacent to the one I own. After a fence between both of our properties needed replacing due to damage caused by strong winds, the staff here co-operated fully in contacting the owner of the other house. I have praise for Terence in particular, who explained to the owner that she was liable for half the costs, and for helping ensure that the payment was made promptly, soon after the new fence was put up. As a tenant, when something needs to be repaired, I want to contact angent as soon as possible to make an appointment to repair it, because sometimes if don’t repair the frist problem as soon as possible, a second problem will appear very quickly, but I can’t contact red block Ltd/ angent, I am really worried for the property owner.
