Her response time and communication is first class. The procedure and efficiency is flawless, and i cannot fault any part of our experience. it was absolute pleasure to work with You Oksana and become part of the whole experience which in the end allowed me to accomodate my family within great conditions and excellent location. JF we’re supposed to market our house for sale. They showed people round when we weren’t there (which was fine) but failed to remember where the keys for the back door were to show people to garden. Needless to say, it didn’t sell. Oh, and they tried to sell it to a disability charity. A house with stairs. And no room for a lift. They then rented it to a guy (who was apparently a friend of theirs) who didn’t pay the rent, who blocked the drains, who beat up his partner causing the police to come round, and who caused a leak that wrecked the wooden floor. They also didn’t check the house when he was there so missed the dog living there.

This company is quite frankly shockingly awful. Right from the start of the rent period, when furniture that was due to be removed wasn't and the house was filthy, to the end when they tried to keep my deposit and disputed for over 3 month. Now when go legal with the TDS Tenancy Deposit Scheme, is over 3 months so cant get my money back - they knew this from the beginning. This firm is one on the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no customer care ethic at all. Indeed their attitude is so bad would make a perect comedy sketch. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare of a letting agency! Do not ever rent from them!! When we moved from America to England we were told by JF the home had been “cleaned”. We opened the door and you would have though they were filming an episode of Breaking Bad in the home!! It was like squatters we’re living there. Food all over kitchen cabinets, broken glass everywhere. Trash all in garage and paint cans left. Over the 7 years we had no heat for weeks at a time no hot water. Basically JF never responded quickly and the home owner didn’t respond quickly at all to urgent repairs. I would never list a home for sale or rent from Jordan Fishwick. We must have gone through 20 different property managers during 7 years!!! What does that say! Such a terrible overall experience and now they have home listed to rent again after we were told homeowner was selling the home! Slimy people!!! 😡😡

GoogleI can’t praise the high level of customer service I received enough. From the start I was struck by the professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable service I received. They are a friendly bunch and I was always met with a warm smile when I popped into the office. What shone through from the start was that I felt valued as a client and genuinely felt they were trying their best to make the process as quick and as painless as possible for me. My purchase was not straightforward. I dealt with a number of the team, Chris and Ollie who were both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. A huge thank-you goes to Maura Duffy who supported me through the process, progressed chased, listened to my woes and kept me sane!! Based on my experience, the team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton branch deliver a top notch service, but most of all they really do want to do the best for their clients and go the extra mile to do their best for you. It’s the kind of excellent customer service that is so important to receive but sadly in my experience you don’t always find. These guys at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton have got it nailed!! If that is important to you when choosing an estate agent, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again 😀 Thanks again 😀

GoogleI recently re-let my flat with Jordan Fishwick working with Oksana Belykova from the Lettings Department at Chorlton. She was so helpful and supportive in the early days too, when we were refurbishing the flat. She has been very quick to respond and just dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was helpful to the prospective tenants too with a specific problem they had, which she helped them to resolve. If could award 0 stars this would be a better option.Patronising Martin Moston - has no clue about property. Says he's speaks as he wishes.Taylor and Megan are rude arrogant and get this if you want to visit a property you need to provide funds etc.Seriously avoid this branch.

Compared with a number of other agencies we have rented with prior to and since renting with Jordan Fishwick, they are the only ones we have known to charge annual renewal fees (well over £100), made us wait up to three months before attending to necessary repairs (we went from March to June without a kitchen ceiling after it collapsed due to poor grouting in the bathroom) and stung us on our deposit (we were deducted due to their builders failing to remove bags of plaster from the garden, despite requests from us for them to remove it). We paid everything on time and kept the property in immaculate condition, ensuring we notified the agency immediately of any repairs that were required and were therefore shocked at being treated with such a lack of professionalism. Thankfully, we have since purchased a property through an excellent agency and do not have to rent and go through this again.

Richard has always been at the end of the phone to get an update or answer any questions that I had. They are very professional and knowledgeable which helped the process go as smoothly as it did

GoogleI called to ask about viewing for one of the properties in Manchester and I was put on hold because the lady who picked up wasn't dealing with lettings. When someone came back to the phone, they just quickly said "We're not taking any more viewings for that property, cheers, bye" and hang up without even letting me say anything!!!! This is so rude and I'm so disappointed with customer service at this agency. Not recommended to anyone.
