GoogleOksana felt like the right person in the job of letting agent from the first time I met her. She clearly has a huge knowledge of the business, both in general and locally in Chorlton and around, but also the people skills needed to get the best from and for landlords and tenants. I can't speak highly enough of her professionalism and her sound advice and reassurance.

GoogleI bought, let, and sold my house with Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. The staff were superb every step of the way - always easy to get hold of, very supportive and extremely friendly. They know their stuff and take an awful lot of the stress out of the buying, letting and selling process. I can highly recommend Jordan Fishwick Chorlton for every step in the home ownership chain!

Trustpilotpoor service
The female agent - her customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional, indicating a clear need for additional training. Shame on her! π€¦π»ββοΈl never meet a local agent like her attitude. omg

GoogleThe team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton could not have offered a better service. Constantly efficient, courteous and calming. Selling and buying places to live are rarely stress-free so I really struck gold with this team.

TrustpilotTerrible agency
Terrible agency! They were completely inflexible with viewing times and then cancelled our first viewing at a moment's notice. After re-scheduling a second viewing, they informed us (once again, at a moment's notice) that they had already let the property out. Will never be using them again!! I'm furious!

I have read all the experiences regarding maintenance of properties (none existent) the reason being is probably because Jordan Fishwick are terrible at paying contractors for any work they have done. So after speaking to many contractors, they tend to stay away from doing any work for Jordan Fishwick.

TrustpilotTotally ignoring me in sale of mother's flat
Selling our mother's flat. They would have got a decent amount of stars if not for the fact that they totally ignore me as an executor and only deal with my brother. Tbh these estate agents are the same as any other. Purple Bricks would have been cheaper though but I didn't get any say in it!

TrustpilotExcellent! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent service from Tom and Vicki, professional, efficient and friendly. This winning combination resulted in a quick sale over asking price. All aspects of the process were handled very efficiently and they even went above and beyond by liaising with other agents and solicitors to help me secure my new home. Highly recommend.

GoogleThe services was excellent. I was attended by Oksana Belykova who was extremely polite and helpful and helped me a lot to find the right property for my needs. The properties that the agency showed me were both in great conditions and of high standard. Overall, an excellent experience and I fully recommend working with this branch.

TrustpilotWill never rent with Jordan Fishwickβ¦
Will never rent with Jordan Fishwick again. We had no working toilet when we moved in, broken blinds, broken radiators, mold and a rusty microwave. After countless calls, emails and even an attempt to withhold our rent it took them 8 months to fix all these using dodgy contractors hired by the landlord, not themselves.
