GoogleI’ve been living in my flat since October and the communication I’ve had with Warren Croft since the day I moved in has been excellent. Warren has always been helpful whenever issues with the property have come up, and has always been polite to myself and my flatmate. He’s a brilliant property manager :)

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!! I am heavily pregnant and was physically and verbally attacked by the staff member due to me trying to retrieve a parcel from old flat unacceptable and disgusting not the way to treat anyone even if it’s an old tenant.

They handled the sale of our property in Edinburgh's New Town very efficiently, and responded quickly to enquiries. The client portal was particularly helpful.

GoogleA bunch of mediocre scam artists lacking in interpersonal skills. Will attempt to extort tenants out of as much money as possible with bogus claims of damage to property that was already there prior to moving in.

FacebookThey don't check tenants (who then go on to not pay rent and cause damage). On selling, they bring round people who the house is not suitable for and forget keys so they can't show the garden. Pretty useless really.

GoogleWhen we arrived at our flat it was dirty, and clearly hadn't been cleaned. When we left the flat, we were charged a £100 cleaning fee (even though we left it spotless). Really poor communication as well. Wouldn't recommend !
