GoogleI am very glad to be writing a review regarding Hunters as an estate agency. My name is Roberto Atto and I am a student here in Manchester.Compared to other agencies I have used in the past, Hunters happens to be the best by far. Your employs, are very helpful and understanding regardless of your enquiry or what time of day you contact them. They are very caring towards there customers. Also they are very quick and efficient . I was very lucky to have been recommended to Hunters by Gemma Allen. I was late in booking a place for this year and I couldn't seem to find anywhere that wasn't already booked. It was getting to the point were my roommate and I , would have to go back to our country since neither of us live permanently in the uk. Not only did Hunters find us a place to stay but considering its location it has been our best choice so far Jamie Hollingsworth, Is our agent and we couldn't be happier with his work he has helped us with everything he could. We were very pleased with the fact that Hunters already sorts out the best choice of electricity terrif /water and even Internet service for there employs. No other agency that I have seen so far has offered us this kind of service. It's a great relief for us not to have to call electric and water companies and try and fix these things. I am very grateful for all the help the agency and James have offered us and i would not hesitate to recommend this agency to others.

GoogleHunters are the only letting and sales agents in Manchester I would recommend. After a bad experience with a previous agent in Manchester, I chose Hunters to find a new tenant and manage my property. I found their service to be professional and efficient. When I came to sell the property, Claudette Cole managed the whole process brilliantly and very professionally. In fact she probably prevented the sale from falling through. I would definitely recommend Hunters for both sales and lettings..

They have consistently gone above and beyond on a challenging purchase and I don't think we would have got there without them. I have worked with a few estate agents in the past couple of years and I must say Hunters Manchester and Claudette have out-shone them all. I would not hesitate in using or recommending Hunters Manchester in the future

The whole experience with the agency to date has been smooth, punctual, reliable and pleasant. Jamie assisted me through each stage. He always had the time to speak to me and went through all the nitty gritty deals with me in fine detail. I am thrilled with my new flat in a fantastic location! I highly recommend Hunters Estate Agency's staff!

GoogleI appointed Hunters to help me sell my apartment last year. Both Claudette and Mark have been extremely busy and helpful from beginning to end, and brought in many viewings which led to a few interests even with the occasional 1 or 2 buyers being no shows. They both keep on top of things pretty well and I didn't have to chase anything up, more they were chasing me! I highly recommend Hunters for both buyers and sellers without a doubt, and thankyou both very much for selling my apartment so smoothly. Helen

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

Today we have appointment to view one of places, we got to the address and wait on rain under the doors in some shi*hole and they said that this place is somewhere else, agent decided to go home and did not wait few minutes for us (6 minutes!!!)They were rude and disgusting! I wonder do they treat this way all of customers. I hope I will have nothing to do with them!

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

GoogleI would highly recommend Hunters. Ian Barber came to see the property I was selling and of all the agents that came I was most impressed with him. It may be cheaper to sell using an online agent, but my property had viewings lined up very quickly and I had an offer after just one week after Hunters advertised the property for sale. Communication was great throughout, Claudette Cole in particular has been fantastic. Thank you!

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleIt was a refreshing change dealing with Hunters. As we had suffered a lot with another agency in Manchester recently. We were in touch with Claudette from Hunters Deans gates office. She is proactive and very professional. We were provided right and timely update at every step. Never had to call them to forward any documents to our solicitors or mortgage agent. All documents were timely posted and received. I will strongly recommend Hunters.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Hunters in Manchester. The purchase process was a particularly difficult one but Mark Pedley at Hunters was fabulous. He made sure we were kept fully informed at all times and chased up the vendor and the lawyers when needed. If you want to buy a property in Manchester definitely pop in and have a chat with Mark. Probably the most helpful agent I have ever dealt with.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?
