Lisa was great throughout my home buying experience. Kept emails/calls to only the important things and got in contact with solicitors to make sure things were moving along nicely when needed. We are so impressed with Lisa and Simon at Bridgefords. When dealing with difficulties in the buying (bad solicitors) they were absolutely brilliant and always on top of things. Lisa is an absolute ray of sunshine, always positive and helpful! She is quick to answer questions and always encouraged us when we spoke. Branch staff good, conveyancing beyond horrendous

Started the journey of selling my flat with Bridgfords well, great listing, quickly found a buyer, then Bridgfords conveyancing service took over and was incompetent at every turn. 6 months on from accepting an offer I’ve had to end the sale as my mental health couldn’t handle anymore of the misleading, lies and gaslighting from their conveyancers. Was so bad even the branch staff said they were embarrassed at how bad it was.
