Terrible agency. Moved into the property in November and waited months for repairs to be done. Some repairs are still not done now. Everybody that works at Bridgfords takes ages to reply or just ignores your email. Spoke to a manager on the phone who was extremely rude and did not have the time of day to speak to me. Overall, the Hacienda branch have been very disappointing and have made my move not enjoyable.

GoogleBuying our first home was definitely less stressful because of Bridgfords. We have to say a particular thanks to our sales associate Muneer who was our main point of contact throughout the whole process. He deserves a medal for remaining patient and calm while enduring my endless questions and various requests. He went the extra mile on numerous occasions and was always friendly and personable. I'll definitely be recommending! Thanks so much again for all your help.

A deplorable and unscrupulous business. Tenants have to chase and chase for their bond monies to be repaid and during the chase, Bridgfords lie,lie and lie.

Stay Away !!Untrustworthy and remember NO verbal agrements of repairs etc are kept.Cause they will charge you and then ignore you.In my experience No cleaning and No repairs will be carried out after you have signed your contract and paid them your hard earned money.STAY AWAY !!

Their agent failed to turn up to a property viewing. We called the agent and the office several times and no one picked up so we went to their office and booked another appointment for later that day. They then failed to turn up to the second appointment and when we went to the office again, showed no remorse and did not apologise. Will never ever book with them again. They’re rude and unprofessional.

Dealt with a guy called zahid should have known really never to go ahead, once they had the sale wasn’t interested, pushed into putting the house on the market telling me I’ve spent a lot of time at your house! Very proffesional, was asked to reduce price after 2 weeks, long story with the rest of it but I would stay clear, hence I took my house off the market with them,

I was accepted a property by them and I sent all paperwork over and two weeks later they phoned saying I was accepted as a higher bidder was accepted. Why accept me and my offer to disappoint two weeks later. Do not use this estate agent very bad service and not happy at all. They are useless I will be using somewhere else.

Rude, unhelpful and abrupt. They don't care about the tenant. All they care about is keeping the landlords happy and not losing the landlords custom. They could give no s#*ts about the people actually paying money. Stay away because they are not helpful. I got upset about a job that needed doing and was told that "you took the house as it is, there's nothing we can do". Just Wow

Not the best experience over a two year period. During our stay in their letting they were the most inconsiderate bunch. If there was a problem it was your fault. The landlord was always right. At the end of the tenancy their deposit holding arm Countrywide did their very best to withhold some of it, even though the property was in a better state when we left it.

I want to let you know that I am complaining to you because you are careless. my husband called for a house yesterday and you were going to call us back, you didn't do that. today when he came back to you with a phone call, you tell us that there are no more places to see the house. I do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting over a month for my deposit back after getting the checking out report (which came back fine) keep getting told it’s the landlords fault. Will be seeking legal advice and charging them the deposit, legal fees and their standard late payment fees as detailed on there account if I was to have paid my rent late (which I never did)

GoogleExcellent service and assistance from Kate, Riana and Amber during my year renting a house through Bridgfords in Chorlton. Very friendly and efficient service. I'll certainly look to use this company again in the future.

I called Bridgfords this morning to book a viewing on a house added to rightmove today. I was passed to Steph who started the conversation with "whats happened now" ?????? She was reluctant to book a viewing so i didn't. Rude, abrupt & unprofessional. Id suggest not talking to people like you know them and do your job which is booking viewings.

Bridgfords Newcastle are unorganised and only tend to communicate with you when it is in their interest. They can be very difficult to get hold of once you moved in.They charge a fortune to renew the tenancy and remain in the property then when you decide to move out of the property, they charge if you need a reference from them for your new property.Would definitely not recommend!

Bridgfords Manchester branch The Hacienda, good name, have let my property for about 8 years, they are always quick to sort out repairs remind me when EPC is due and electrical safety cert and to find good tenants and do all the hard work to vet tenants so I comply with all letting laws to make my life stress free. Really good letting agents.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience.... as a purchaser. I was made to feel like my requests were outrageous, despite following the recommendations of Bridgefords surveyor. I was told that I was disgusting and shouted at.. avoid Sale at all costs, it's just not worth the abuse. There are plenty of professional estate agents.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
