Excellent communication throughout, clear, responsive, and very approachable. The team kept me well informed, including regular updates for tenants. What really stood out was their professionalism and proactive approach. Any issues with the brand‑new house were escalated to the developer under the warranty without me even having to ask, which gave me real peace of mind. Special thanks to Sophie for efficiently organising the white goods, and Helen for proactively raising and managing warranty matters. A genuinely positive and supportive experience. The reason I gave 4 stars is that it has only just started, we will see once all is up and running, and tenancies are completed.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience purchasing a property through this agency. I paid a £1,000 reservation fee based on the information I was given and the way the property was advertised. As the purchase progressed, I discovered several important issues that were different from what I originally understood. The service charge increased from the figure that was advertised when I reserved the flat. The parking arrangements also changed from what I was initially told, and I ended up having to pay separately for a parking space. During the legal process, I also became aware of lease restrictions that significantly affected my plans for the property. If these important details had been made clear before I paid the reservation fee, I would never have reserved the flat. I spent months dealing with the purchase, paid legal costs, and even borrowed money from the bank while waiting for the transaction. When I decided not to proceed because I was no longer happy with the property, I asked for my £1,000 reservation fee to be returned, but this was refused. This was my personal experience. My advice to anyone buying through this agency is to ask for all important information, including lease terms, service charges, parking arrangements, and any restrictions, before paying a reservation fee.

Refused to return deposit after tenancy ended, eventually complying four months later after we enacted formal action. Ignored all our calls and emails, and during the little communication I could get with them I was treated with more rudeness and dishonesty than I have ever experienced. In particular Deposits Manager Paddy and Leanne consistently treated us with the utmost contempt. Probably some sort of illegal operations behind the scenes. Avoid!
