I had a very disappointing experience with [Agency Name]. I initially booked a viewing for a flat that was on sale, only to find out the appointment was cancelled because the flat was sold, and they forgot to inform me.Giving them another chance, I booked a viewing for another property. However, they insisted that I use their mortgage advisor even though I already had one and an Agreement in Principle. When I refused to change my mortgage advisor, they immediately cancelled my viewing appointment. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

GoogleI rented from Bridgfords during the COVID pandemic, the landlord of the property was illegally gaining entry to the property, letting himself into the house and harassing us often. We reported this to Bridgfords who advised us to end the tenancy, promising they would support our deposit dispute and provide a letter as evidence that the landlord was harassing us and claimed they wouldn't continue to work with the landlord. When we followed their advice they suddenly refused to provide the letter - they told us that the member of staff we had been in contact was on leave, which was then revealed to be a lie so that we would stop asking. They re-let the property and are continuing to work with the landlord whilst also emailing us often asking us to give up our deposit to the landlord. Wouldn't even advise my worst enemies to rent from this awful company.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am a long standing landlord with Bridgfords and I have been well supported over this difficult year as have my current tenants . The lettings team have been responsive and respectful and enabled the current tenants to feel supported. I have now completed a successful change over of tenancy. I have found Jessica Nunn excellent and her team really valuable, and in recent weeks Isobel has provided professional services in securing new tenants in good time as well as keeping me informed. the team managing repairs and maintenance have also been excellent in communication and response . I was looking for a one bed flat and somehow I was transferred to Dan Mooney, He took two days to get the information about tenants and then email addresses and after he said the property has been rented out. Whenever you try to call him, he doesn’t pick up and anyone who picks up, they don’t want to transfer the call to him, I am from London and now I know why Manchester has a bad reputation, and no work ethics. Avoid this estate agent, and Dan Mooney,

From start to finish I knew we could rely on the team to sort things out big or small and without fuss. A huge shout out has to to go to the dream team of Sadaf and Sian who were so on the ball you knew that whichever one you spoke to they would be up to speed on even the most complex issues, both with confidence and calmness. GoogleThe property i have recently signed to rent seems like amazing value for money, with large spaces, pretty aesthetic and in a great area. I had a good time securing a house for next year, the woman who I dealt with, Isabelle Tollitt, was extremely professional and made everything very clear. With other agencies we found it difficult to sort things out properly, whereas she was very accommodating, and also a delight to talk to. I would say that the customer service definitely really helped with making this a quick and easy transaction.
