GoogleI bought property through Bebtley Hurst and found the team very professional and sportive throughout the property buying process. I found them better in services as compare to the market. GoogleA lovely young lady called Poppy showed my some properties, she was very accommodating and knowledgable of the properties I viewed. unfortunately they were not quite right for me. I can recommend Bentley Hurst and would definitely use them again.

Filled on line application form to book a valuation for Saturday 23/7/22 at 10 am. Received email confirmation for appointment. Nobody turned up, rang the office on Saturday morning No answer other than answering machine to leave details and a promise of a return call. Zero response Absolutely atrocious service. It appears that the on line booking was missed and since receiving an apology from the manager and a new confirmation of a booked appointment for Tuesday. I’ve upgraded my rating to show that the manager has sorted the issue out. Thanks
