I have previously brought a flat with Auction House UK.So had no hesitation when I saw a property for sale with them again. They are very professional, and it is a quick and easy process. Instead of waiting for weeks with an estate agent. You know when the date of the auction is, if you are successful then you know that in two to four weeks the house will be yours.

I placed my flat with Auction House Sussex after nearly a year of struggling to sell it via traditional methods. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got. From the first contact, they were helpful and professional, clearly explaining the process and the pros and cons of selling via auction with absolutely no hard sell or pressure to go with them. While the property was on the market, they handled viewings professionally with minimum disruption to me, and always providing clear feedback quickly after the viewing. When I received pre-auction offers, they did a great job of handling the negotiations, and I ended up with a sale price far better than I could have anticipated. They then managed the final details up until the transfer of funds and handover of keys, making it all as easy and painless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This company ran an auction with several technical faults took deposit and then persisted to say was not there problem we couldn't bid, your system failed and not the first time, a house sold for 75000 while bidders willing to pay 100000 disgusting behaviours from staff
Many thanks for your review although we were extremely perturbed to read the contents. We can confirm that technical issues were experienced on the 22nd August but regretfully only discovered following completion of the auction. The technical issues were absolutely not the fault of the Auction House Scottish team since they had no control over the situation and this fault effected only a very small number of prospective bidders who had registered to bid. Auction House has since identified the issue, taken action and as a result have suspended use of the bidding platform used and have reverted to the bidding platform operated by the EI Group who have successfully been providing technical services to auctioneers across the country for several years. Again, we sincerely apologise for the frustration this must have caused but hope you will be comforted to some degree in that remedial action has been instigated very quickly following this unfortunate situation.
