Hello, I believe you are having a problem with 1 spotlight. Initially it is important to establish whether or not the issue is just the actual bulb and if not, whether the repair would be covered under the warranty for the building. We have now arranged for a contractor to resolve the lighting issue for you. He will attend as soon as possible.
