Our company You won’t find a group of people more in love with Worcestershire than the ladies and gents at Nicol & Co. This beautiful county has everything. Fantastic connections by road and rail, outstanding schools great local sporting venues, culture and entertainment set amongst rolling hills, stunning panoramas and loveable, quaint towns and villages aplenty. We live here, we love here, and every member of our team wants to help you do the same. Matt Nicol established Nicol & Co. Estate Agents in 2009 as a one-man band operating from a small office in Droitwich Spa. His vision was to change the way estate agency was done in Worcestershire; bringing integrity and transparency to an industry that people made jokes about. FacebookWe found Tom from Nicol and Co. very professional and helpful, as well as being responsive to our emails and understanding of us being shift workers - he also managed to get our property sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market! Full of good ideas and suggestions as to how to make the property more sellable. Once our property was sold, we found Leanne to be just as helpful in giving us regular updates from our buyer's solicitors, as well as updates from the chain. All very friendly and approachable, and happy to explain everything to first time sellers! Would highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely be using them again.

FacebookWe recently bought our house marketed by Nicol & Co. we were extremely impressed from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and helpful and responsive and go the extra mile from Zoe coming in on her day off to show us round to Leanne who rang us every week with an update and was proactive in getting responses from all involved. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon but if we were would definitely choose this estate agent.

FacebookI’ll start by saying my experience with estate agents have been dire, so when my husband and I started the process of looking for a new property it wasn’t something we were very excited for. Fast forward to contacting Nicol & Co, I was put in touch with a very friendly lady, Jasmine. When we hang up I thought to myself that was really refreshing, I wasn’t asked “what’s our position?” Or “do you have proof of funds?”.Instead I was asked what were we looking for, what areas were of interest and how she could help.Jasmine then made me aware of other properties she had on her books that matched our needs and if it was something we were interested in, she could book a viewing for those too. Not knowing Worcester, having someone so enthusiastic and willing to help, with the customer service of an angel I was so excited to finally have a positive experience.We have found our dream property, purely because of Jasmine and we couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve had very little to deal with the other team, but one thing I can say is that the phone is always answered without having to wait and by someone friendly, who is always able to answer my question or come back to me promptly with the answer. Nicol & Co (Jasmine) thank you for restoring my faith in estate agents and I will be sure to only deal with you again.

FacebookHaving sold my Mother’s house recently through Nicol and Co’s Droitwich office I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and organised during every aspect of the sale. They regularly kept in contact and up- dated me. Importantly, they also responded rapidly to any questions I had and provided me with the answers.I particularly would like to mention Dan who was so proactive in finding a buyer for the house even before it had officially gone on the market , Robin who was so accurate and informed in her valuation and Evie who kept me notified of the progress every step of the way.This is the easiest house sale I have experienced and I would without doubt choose Nicol and Co again. They were excellent.

Facebookadvised we did not give notice to leave a property even after following their own goodlord login process to say we were acting the property. when disputing this with them they hung up on me and insist a further month of rent is due.

FacebookA million and one thanks to all the staff at Nicol & Co in Droitwich in selling my property. It’s been a lengthy and difficult process which they have earnt every penny of their fee!! Having used them to sell my barn in Oddingley they were my first and only call to sell my property on Westlands. Thanks again all for your hard work and professionalism in getting this over the line. Would I recommend Nicol and Co to others and use them again? a hundred percent yes.
